When you equip the ingame PDA tablet and attempt to interact with it such as using the scroll wheel to scroll down or zoom in the "scroll wheel item swap" takes effect de-equiping the tablet mid read. Could we disable weapon scroll while in the PDA? Either as a menu option or a base mechanic of the PDA? As it's very difficult to use the in game PDA currently.

whats what im saying tho the real world view needs that its kinda pointless if you cant zoom or read well off it. I think they use a 3dss system to load the docs on the screen and because of that there also appears to be a weird smearing effect on zoom/drag.

I believe the PDA system will eventually be getting an update to it as it's intention is to replace the journal function for immersion. The journal will likely stay though

yeah i think it be better if hitting j would just pull up the screen and it didnt allow scrolling weapons while equiped
