Oh btw this could have already been said, but the Dr. White in the area-12.org website is mentioned in game with his little audio logs that we find in the offices after we fight to shut off the gas lines in the parking garage. Based on what I can gather from the two logs I've found (labeled 47 and 48), observations from the game as it currently is, and reading stuff linked to the Area-12 dossier that has varying levels of canonicity:
- the first log was, based on the second audio log, taken some time before the UIU shows up at Area-12, this confirms that Class-D riots and containment breaches have been occurring throughout the day
- exact cause of the riots and containment breaches unknown but I theorize that either Crius.aic's presence or absence could play a role given SCP-7528's presence
- due to Protocol: Foundation these issues are only being attended to if they are deemed road blocks for Protocol: Foundation activity within Area-12 given how in SCP-7555 nobody deals with Dr. Toth at the end of the article
- these breaches and riots clearly helped the first wave UIU operatives to some small extent as SCP-173-C has been a pain in the neck for our captors at the beginning of the game
- the second audio log talks of non-Foundation elements which is likely us attempting to get into Area-12 and being contained, this implies that this was taken after we were captured
- Dr. Brown mentions how he is being moved to a new security strong point in Area-12 which to me implies that Area-12 has been in the state we see it in for quite some time only a bit better (frequent or ongoing containment breaches with "bubbles" where the Foundation has stuff locked down)
- Dr. Brown could is likely somewhat high ranking but his exact rank seems to be unclear (I only hear him mention his full name) but we do know that Dr. Carlisle is still around
- something clearly happens at the end of the second audio log to the point where it is unclear if Dr. Brown is still alive
EDIT: I CANNOT READ TODAY APPARENTLY, DR. BROWN AND DR. WHITE ARE ENTIRELY TWO DIFFERENT PEOPLE, SOME OF MY THEORIES I STILL STAND BEHIND BUT AREN'T CONNECTED TO DR. WHITE

I was going to also mention that at the beginning of each page on area-12.org has information about where and potentially who is sending these messages. I'm yet to scan the QR code but some things immediately stick out to me:
- The word vector may have relations to the Vector Program, completely possible it doesn't and this is simply computer jargon that I am over analyzing, the Vector Program and its related enemies have also been in a strange level of canonicity where they've been described of as not final and potentially not in the final release of the game but besides a name change they haven't been changed that much over time
- Allusions to SCP-3125 via [PORT 3125] and the timestamp at the end of 00:05:55:55
- This appears to be one side of a conversation in which the other cannot talk without drawing attention, potentially two ideoforms (Crius.aic and SCP-2528-C-1/SCP-7528?) given that the one talking is reading the lips of the silent one which doesn't make sense to happen within digital error logs
- Also given that this is happening in error logs, this could just be happening on a Dr. White's computer without his knowledge
- Some sort of remote agent has been implanted, this could be digital but it could also be a physical person (maybe Dr. Toth?)
- Too many color related names going on here (Brown, White, Green, Red)
