Players since the game was launched, want to have Red Army and Wehrmacht character skins; and then they (the devs) restricted the Winter Soldier set to the RU server, and with the Erangel Subzero survivors pass, they didn't even release that skin for the rest of the servers.
Also the cringe skins aren't camo-inducive, meaning they aren't merging with the terrain on the chosen map, for example: a jackass cheater wants to dress up as a magical girl in Vikendi, his costume, pink as it is, doesn't even merged with the snowy tundra that Vikendi is known for.

I'm sure it's a mix of adding more monetization through their unified profile system, with also a possible reduction in programming for having to sync it with steam's account system. The game's now available on consoles and EGS, so it's probably just easier for them to have it all go through in-game options

yeah, but the issue is that the replay footage is so garbage that even if you report these players they will get away with it because by the standards of Krafton it counts as a "normal" kill. The people working to that company must understand that the problem isn't with them but with the footage players provide to them.
If you get killed within reaction time it's should count as a default cheat

yeah exactly they just use excuses like "high ping" or low fps but its totaly bs. i play on 250 ping on a toaster and not once have i ever had a killcam like that in the replays. there is some factors that can do that but not to that extent it should be detectable very easly like every other game but they just dont want to actually fix the issue. they are just at the point where they have made more then enough money and will continue to make money so why invest in a whole new anti cheat. I would reccomend EU servers i have seen 10x less cheaters its only those lil NA shitters that cheat

agree, If you spray someone drives off in front of you not all bullets must hit, but some hits should be legit, but what I posted is downright ridiculous when player gets 100% accuracy in a totally random situation lol

But instead of trying to expose them out here on this server, only to be tossed under a rug, i just made my own solo clan, so that way i got access to AI within my own custom games.
Only times where i play with actual player is if my friends persuade me into doing so. And maybe some TDMs every now and then, but thats about it.
It feels so liberating to actually have some breathing room and not get instantly headshotted when those two pixels of your character peek out of cover.
