you make a lot of noise picking up items, walking, starting energy drink, vaulting, then walking more. anybody with a headset and two ears can tell your approximate location. good players know the layout of all buildings in the game so can pre-aim doors, windows, corners, etc.

if you are holding an angle like this, don't hold it so wide. you could've hugged the left side of this window for more cover and for an easier disengage. don't stand still either, you should practice small evasive movements whilst holding angles so you arent a practice dummy.

also, you are playing in a team mode like squad or duo, but you have no teammates. it'd be easier to practice the game in solo mode or with friends in team modes. i'd only suggest playing solo in team modes if you are confident that you can consistently take disadvantageous fights (which you clearly cannot)
