They are trying to push people to Snipers but DMR’s are just more efficient at turning a knock into a kill.

That was told to me by one of the pros on a tournament stream.

Snipers are good for solos but DMR’s are the more efficient weapon in squads/duos.

And then there’s the one wackyjackie loves, which I can agree with in a lot of ways. There shouldn’t be a situation where you can hit somebody three times with an AWM and not down them

Higher damage isn’t a reason, that’s like rainbow six siege balancing. Gun shoots slower therefore stronger regardless of caliber. PUBG didn’t do its balancing that way historically and that’s the entire difference between the SKS and the SLR

Technically, damage is off if you want to be realistic. Like a foot or leg shot should slow you down significantly., Arm damage should cause you to have issues firing a gun.

There was one short period of time where there was a slight difference in where the point of impact was if you were using the same scope with a very specific range setting, but that was an unintended bug and they fixed it very shortly after

The patch notes were always very explicit about it being an exact copy, and at the time they were talking about playing around with that idea for other guns as well

Usually If i suspect someone is wallin I will go back as far as I can in the replay. Usually they are more carless (especially if stupid) before they get kills in the game. Aiming at players with no prior knowledge on more than three occasions will make me record the replay and report.

You must take into an account that it's not just one replay where Krafton will ban they will examine various replays and other data before issuing a ban

You see, If all the cheater did was to know my location and then rotate in a safer or better spot in a perfect timing then isn't it easier to tell if he was cheating but it still isn't 100%, could just be lucky or his teammates from different angle watching the player where he or they are, but if no teammates doing that then there's a very high chance of a cheater or still could be coincidental or lucky, that thing happened to me many times and I found out they are not cheating, Cheaters or the cheeky buggers of your version would never want to die by some angles where someone is coming from and they will still catch them to not just die to a guy coming from an unexpected place every single time

ok realtalk .. im back into PUBG now for like 2-3 weeks .. To sum up what I've been seeing, it's actually really sad.

I mean, the game is fun—it's not like that—and it's way less stressful than other shooters.

However, a lot of people aren’t using direct hacks, but rather spray macros, etc.

In 70–80% of the videos or replays, I see people with zero recoil, spraying completely on target—especially with weapons like the AK-47, which isn’t actually possible.

Why has this become so normalized?

keep in mind that the deathcams & replays don't accurately represent mouse movement. They're a very low-tick interpretation of user input

Console PUBG ranked is unbearable in EU and Asian servers. Lots of cheaters everywhere in general. I don’t know if it’s true but I heard that NA is a bit easier. Some people VPN apparently.

the ping is annoying but its manageable
