emt gear makes it so you can use meds twice as fast (bandage 4s -> 2s, first aid kit 6s -> 3s, medkit 8s -> 4s), boosts give 50% more boost gauge (so you only really need energy drinks), as long as you're NOT in the blue zone. you can also revive teammates twice as fast (10s -> 5s) and use your meds on them
its quite good because it turns 16 secs (10 sec revive + 6s first aid kit) into 8 seconds
