enable windows sonic for your headphones it is not the greatest solution but it will help ( I use dt 990 Pro with dac and amp so I know exactly from where someone is shooting at me - cheap headphones have some weird bugs with sound and you cannot locate everything because sound is not clear - I had headphones from razer, jbl, A4tech, shark and other cheap ones- they work but not well, not to mention their durability)

PUBG crashes only when playing in a party.

I've tried playing random queue duos and squad, and haven't got a crash even once. When playing with my friends in a party (duos and squad), game crashes in almost every match. Usually it happens after around 5-20 seconds on the airplane.

I've tried reinstalling the game, verifying integrity of game files, disabled anti-virus softwares, discord and other applications other than PUBG itself, and none of these have helped.

It's not from my computers performance because I have RTX 2070 (8GB VRAM), wich always runs under 80°C.
i5 9600k, which runs under 70°,
and 16 GB DDR4 RAM. The game runs about 100-150 fps

I Guess i didnt make my problem clear enough. I understand that i have to do the basic tutorial practice matches and basic training mode.. Where my issue lies is that within the basic training mode where in the first checkpoint it has you "W, A, S. D" "Shift to run" and "Climb over terrain" I complete those tasks and the door to the second checkpoint never opens.

the game wasnt running coz it doesnt support your drivers any of them

like if you have nvidia or radeon dont matter

if you select use ambient occlusion

you will crash

ambient oclusion is not supported

neither is CPU prepare frames

any value different than 1 or game choses options

many ppl talked about my cpu being reason for low fps i did some benchmark no idea how

i read this on pubg 15-25 fps GPU

and 54FPS CPU

gpu sometimes gets 8 fps

and now the question how to force game to use Nvidia GT650M instead INTEL HD 4000

i run game on borderless window

since fullscreen bugs with all these Overlays opening every 2 sec

(the anticheat)

if anybody can tell me how to make GT650M nvidia run the game and not intel hd 4000 i would be super grateful

I've had something similar happen before. Make sure to whitelist browser cookies for the PUBG websites; that could be an issue. (I never did figure out exactly why, but on one event eventually I got the button to work. Also it seems like the button looked greyed out but it worked anyway... could be just confusing design.) To fix this, all you need to do is go on steam and find PUBG. Right click > Properties > Local Files > Verify

You need to link both Amazon and Twitch to you account. If you've already done that unlink them and link again

If you were to watch the death cam or replay you can see where the enemy is by looking at the mini map or in replay you can freely move around and see where the enemy was

Is your cooler stock? It sounds like my issue I had with the 5600x. Built it up and used the stock cooler only the stock cooler wasn't enough on my chip for me.

Uhm, from what I see people tend to undervolt the CPU in those laptops. As for why you gpu isn't getting hotter than 50, I'm not sure. What is the gpu? I hate texting so much lol

It sounds like thermal throttling to me. If you've had that laptop a while I'd open it up and give it a good cleaning.

If it's started doing it after an update obviously try reverting.

Maybe look into a cooling mechanism for the laptop and even undervolt the CPU a lil.
