last night was unplayable for me, the amount of stuttering and pkt loss was nuts i was unsable to walk more then 2meters without rubber banding, and everyone was moon walking, tho being in a car didnt seem to have any issues, and it was on all the maps for me

if thats dont work then ....as a quick fix, disable the second monitor and launch game with one monitor active , alter display settings in game. then enable second monitor as usual or use windows p for shortcut. as a last resort you could play in borderless windowed mode but this can have a slight degradation of graphics quality

got a bit of an issue with tslgame.exe it sometimes crashes and wont close down i cant switch windows to access task manager etc as im in full screen. only soloution i have is to log off. this will happen while in game randomly or if left on the title screen for a period of time. i have contacted pubg support about this on 2 occasions but never had any response. does any of the community team here have any ideas..edit this isnt a new issue so not patch related

If you let it load the default way... it gets stuck loading...

So, hit ESC > Reconnect to Lobby for 99.99% sure fix (so far today worked 3 times now)

Since the newest patch PUBG doesn't start no more. I would really appreciate your help, because I am out of ideas.

My Problem: Starting the game via Steam, via Tsigames.exe in the installed folder or via my desktop icon takes forever since the newest patch. My Graphicscard starts working, but never reaches the mainmenue. I just end in a black window, while my system tries to reach the mainmenue. only thing i can think of is fully uninstall graphics drivers (not sure if i can list software here) then instal latest. its a long shot though. i noticed when the splash screen was implemented it caused a slow loading bug and sometimes would hang on a black screen. does anything happen on that screen if you hit the esc key (is the sounds there but no visual)

Nothing happens when I hit any keys in the blackscreen. No music, no response, no nothing. I even tried waiting 30 minutes.
Only solution is closing all game files via task manager

yeah its unlikley if you didnt have any other updates. have you tried fully manually removing the full game files or using a third party uninstaller? also manualy delete you TslGameSavedConfig file and that should put it to defaults. you could also try launching the game in safe mode to make sure its not a third party program causing a problem

For every1 having the same issue: I found a solution that worked for me....
I have 2 HDD on my PC. For unknown reason, some files been saved on one HDD and some files been saved on another HDD.
Fix: Right click on PUBG via steam, local files, change installation path and copy all files via this option to another place. When this is done, copy those files back to where they have been and for unknow reason this solved it for me....super weird

just took me about 10 hours of my life to find out...Ô_o

In that case it sounds more like something on your system could be blocking it. Check your firewalls and antivirus software

I also recommend disabling all background applications at the same time, just to make sure

Hi PUBG Fam, this will be my second post about inconsistent ping to the Frankfurt server previously i was told its my isp but i play with about ten other south africans and we all experience the same thing. Last night we play and all vented about higher than normal pings (all have different isp's) the next match we squad up in the pings are normal again and tonight back to being worse i wont say bad cause our average ping are bad anyway.
so my question how is that isp related.
please help ping of over 230 with the norm being 150-180 is hellish to overcome.

Im using voicemeter potato, i made sure that i selected the correct output same with the other games i play. Also tried %appdata% option but it doesnt work. 😦 Can someone help me?

Is there a way to move PUBG Lite from my SSD to my Hard Drive. Given that i do not have plenty of storage on my SSD. The installer of PUBG Lite did not ask me to specify the download location, and it just straight downloaded to the SSD. Is there a way to manually move the files to the Hard Drive, and if so how and which files should i move?

i have the same issue and have never been able to solve , tslgame.exe freezes and you cant access as your in full screen mode . only soloutions i can find at present is alt+enter to make windowed if it hasnt frozen fully allowing you to alt tab. or you can create a .bat script and add to the start menu which should be accesable still via windows key to close the process manually. also you can log off pc and not restart for a fix also. are you using a ryzen cpu by any chance?

ive noticed since the latest update and or patch im experiencing delay on shots on long range gun fights. kind of similar how the game used to be when it first launched. i say fire 3 bullets from qbu at enemy , he fires 1. my third bullet should hit and kill but on my death cam he has fired a second and it has killed me but my third bullet never fired. i know you cant trade on this game as far as i know. this seems like a not a normal delay you might expect but slighlty longer . ping hovers around 30/40ms. is this due to a server issue/hit detection or someone just has a better connection to server. anyone else noticing this (more than you would normaly expect) i notice on these occasions there is a freeze in game , and im dead

i think something happened in this latest patch , 2 of my friends pc's and mine our fans are going much faster/louder after this update. we have redone fan curves etc so it must be something in this update , soon as i load any other demanding game on full settings its whisper quiet. i do beleiev it looks like its cpu fan not so much gpu i believe

have a look at your fan curves and try the suto option to start with. also while in game monitor gpu and cpu temps and if not to hot possibly reduce fan speeds slightly. most boards have something built in but plenty of third party software available

argh laptop, no where near as much airflow so id expect fans to be running a bit higher. most modern laptops these days usualy run with a lot of heat pipes and one fan/exhaust system. obvs check these vents are free for airflow/dust and def check laptop settings. some have an option of cool boost and put fans on full during gaming sessions

I don't play on PC of course so this may not be completely relevant there. On consoles, however, if the game is installed on HDDs it often takes a much much longer time to load into the maps, sometimes resulting in not loading in until you're half-way through the flight path. Installing the game to an SSD resolves the issue. Could be a solution for you as well?

(not much use to me) i was trying to find out if your stutters was caused from some form off bottleneck etc. honestly the best way would be to log with software as i advised that will rule out or narrow down the issue on your end (which it may not be)

you could use in game geforce experience . press alt Z to bring up and click performance or click alt +r while in game and visually monitor the numbers. this wont provide a log but may give you and indication of where a problem may lie.

all should be listed on how to log in the first link i posted. mainly cpu/gpu temps gpu/cpu usage etc you look at the graphs and look for points where something is maxed out . ( not exactly true but best i can explain while mutitasking at the min. it can be a lot more in depth than that obviously) this will rule out bottlenecks and temperature problems. its handy took at this data when you have these in game stutters. it could be a driver issue or many other things

also as a simple workaround try playing your game on low settings and see if you notice a problem ( i know your game will manage higher but this would then indicate something your end)

There will not be a survivor pass right now. Currently the plan is for the new pass to start with update 11.2.

There is obviously no announced schedule for it, but typically there is a month between updates. So if you were to expect the next update near the end of April, you probably wouldn't be far off.

not sure if this is a known bug or not , and for some reason i cant find my video but will upload one next time. on a map say miramar i get reflection of objects of the whole map that mirrors on the horizon and moves when i turn . or on sanhok reflections inside buidlings of trees outside that move when i move. at some pints i find it really distracting ....is this linked to ray tracing? has there been reports of this ?

been having a lot of packet loss latley since the 10.3 update. i thought it was random servers on EU as wasnt always present. just happened again , for some reason when steam is downloading in the background it is causing packet loss on pubg . (steam download even in less than a 1 meg download causes this. is this a bug with steam/pubg/my pc) soon as i stopped the download packet loss stopped. i tested while downloading from other internet sites google drive etc and it didnt effect pubg at all.
