I'll be keeping an eye on things over the next few days.
the Troubleshoot solutions didn't worked, as i was thinking, i've missed only reinstalling PUBG because i feel like it will not fix the issue at all, and gonna waste alot of my time
When we ask players to do a clean reinstall of the game it is to eliminate as many common issues as possible.
It may be a pain to do for some, but its a nessecary troubleshooting step.

when i try to link my steamaccount to my global account it tells me : "Steam authentication: You already have a membership in another Global account"
ive already checked all my 4 emails and only one of them is registered but the registered one is not linked to my steam.

Yeah actually, having same issue, unlinked my Steam account from PUBG LITE accout, tryed out to connect it to another account, and it says something like that account is allready connected to another account

@strong aurora i had the same issue, i think it has to do with the connection to the lobby server. u need to open ports or clear dns cache. i clear dns cache and its working now

I have same problem
After starting the game, the main menu does not load. At first I have a black screen for about 30 seconds and then only the background, character and game search button but I can't press it. I've tried running the game a couple of times, restarting my computer, checking file integrity three times and everything is not working. I updated the graphics driver and it didn't help either. The game ran normally for two days and today I bought a pass, played a few games and it suddenly stopped working. What should I do?

@celest panther i've launched today PUBG, was running okay, played one game, died, and when i was coming back to lobby, the Glitch started again, slow loading, 20fps,black screen, some file, keeps deleting it-self, everytime i quit pubg, and check the files integrity, and always there's one file missing
@vivid sundial yesterday my friend have this same problem. Solution for him was minimize game to sidebar during move to lobby (just make game run on the background) - maybe it will help also for you
I asked a few friends and those living in the UK don't have this problem, the same people living in Germany, most help vpn. A large proportion of people living in Poland have this problem. And this is not the fault of stem because stem itself normally works the rest of the games that I checked the same. Only pubg has some problems as usual.

Either your connection is being routed poorly, or isn't connecting to the servers properly for some reason

As I said, if a VPN works then its not a game issue, its a connection issue.
Which means something is interferring with your connection to the game.
Not everyone is affectedby this either, only some.

A VPN is a workaround temporarily, some have also mentioned using googles DNS settings helped.

it can crash or just broke in any moment, today i was playing PUBG normally for one game (game loaded fine without any issues), and after one game, just everything broke again (20fps, black screen, freezes while loading)
Yesterday I played about ten games normally and then everything stopped working. After an hour it was "repaired", two matches and the same again.
they need to revert the latest Minor Update from Yesterday, and re-work it properly
its the only way right now, to let us play the game like we used to before that Minor Update

The route your connection takes to the servers.
If a VPN solves the issue, then that suggests a routing issue, which is ISP level
routing can get interrupted by third party application
VPN's alter the route your connection takes, so if a bad node is being used by your ISP then it may be avoided when connected to a VPN
Our platform engineers have been looking into it and so far nothing points to a server issue

Likely a coincidence. Nothing was changed server side.
If it was, then the issue would have been present from the moment the servers came back up, and then remain a problem
but everyone so far has said that it started ~2pm CET yesterday, which also lines up perfectly with a steam issue.
VPN's may also avoid affected steam server nodes too
Our team is still looking into it, but so far there hasn't been any issues discovered.
Reverting latest Minor Update'll fix this, its just something with latest patch, that might've broke something that we all dont know about

Steam did have some issues from around 2pm CET yesterday, which coincided with these issues.

That's soo simple, just revert the Minor Patch to version before the Minor Update, and work on that patch in you'r office meanwhile we're able to play that game

Reverting an update is not as simple as you make it out to be

You are connecting 2 things together because they happened coincidentally.
im talking about latest Minor Update that in 99% fricked up the game for many people, and that type of coincidence is more rare than Earth getting hit by huge asteroid, and even if it was a coincidence, Steam would fix that 10x faster, and if its Steam issue, why is PUBG Studio working on it?
The maintenance that applied that update happened in the early hours of the morning CET. Reports of the black screen issues only started arriving around 2pm CET that same day, where we were also aware steam was having authentication issues as we could see the data for it. By your logic there we were also responsible for steam going down.
The reason we are looking into it isn't because we think there is a problem, its to make sure there actually isn't one that hasn't been discovered
Even if its a steam issue, we will still look into it from our side to ensure it isn't something we need to resolve.
I've provided all the information I can at this point and there is nothing further that I can do.

im not saying you guys are responsible for Steam issues, but issues with you'r game that everybody is experiencing. But still, that's finally a solid response that i've wanted to see, thanks. I still think Reverting the Minor Update is more reasonable than leaving it on Live servers and trying to fix that, reverting minor update'll let many people play that game again, and for you (Community Team) have a vacation, not getting reports of Black Screens, 20fps, loading issues everyday. And for PUBG dev team, to find the issue slowly, fix it and put it back on live servers, without desperate and angry community pushing the dev team to hurry up under the pressure

For me VPN, Phone network and changing the Network, didnt fixed the issue, i can't do anything but just wait for devs to do something meanwhile there's season happening, and cant play my favourite game, do quests, gain Season Items, and if its gonna be fixed after week/2, you guys need to extend the season, for me and many people to be able to Make up the days, when we're not able to play the game.

The Minor Patch changed something, they've changed backend stability, and its improvement for servers
And for many people that Minor Patch, just completely destroyed their PUBG, they're not able to play PUBG anymore, i was trying everything and nothing is working

I don't know why, but pubg is working now.
I just bought a Pubg game yesterday and had this problem. When I enter the match I always get a long loading time and then I only hear the sound of planes and parachutes. I always get annoyed because I always die early. I have reported to PUBG SUPPORT but have not been replied to. Hope anyone helps :)

I changed the DNS to those from Google, but it didn't help. Somehow 2 hours ago turned the game and works normally, only loads a little longer before than usual.

The ban has been lifted but the rank got back to bronze and the reason of ban is still unclear and unfair in my opinion
Playing only on Europe ,the rank appears to be all bronze now ,but when you enter in the season section it appears to show the rank for North America ,which was never played on
Anything that I could think at being “ off” would be that the mobile data of the phone was inactive and only the WiFi was on , which lately had a pretty weak signal . Could that be the reason of the ban ?

Without a need? I'm asking for a reason why after 3 years the game is as it is? I got the right to know why you don't fix that issue asap bc it's a headache for most of us even with the new consoles. We want answers and here is a help or troubleshooting solution must be given by you guys and if you read it and don't do as you have to then ask yourself if you're doing your job bc it's a job or you just don't want to listen to the community with their problems with your product?
Crashes can happen for many different reasons. Some are easier to resolve, others not.
We know crashes occur and continue to work on them

Bro wtf. After 3 days having the same problem and asking 100 times on different platforms with only 1 reply. My game still loads while joining a game for 10 minutes only to kick me out. Now I have to restart my game like 5 times to have some luck in getting a game that isn't loading for 5 years.

my 2 cents: there are plenty of games that never crash. I don't think I'v ever experienced a crash in Gta 5 or rally games (WRC). I get one complete game freeze in pubg every day im playing so I have to restart the game and die outside the zone (minus points included + punishment for quitting the game) not even mentioning fps lowering in gunfights etc because im so used to it.
so i think a stone has to be thrown into developer's garden and not always blame the customer for having shitty specs.
I don't have any crashes on my end, "PC". I7 6700k 4.2ghz, 16 gb of ram 2400mhz, RTX 2080TI, M.2 SSD. I also keep my system clean and I reinstall the game every month on the clean way, I delete all data even battleeye and all folder, to prevent broken data. Not everything is the fault of customer, that is correct, but not all crashes are the fault of PUBG too.
I've probably crashed about 5 or 6 times in the last 6 months, and most of those were caused by me anyway.
There is something to be said for system maintenance, but i'm aware that even well maintained systems still crash.

Depends on the reason why you face lags. Internet connection problems or any hardware limit lags? You have to check your network graph first and look for high ping, packet loss, etc.

Please set an exception of PUBG to your anti-virus. I don't speak about your firewall, I speak about, "threat protection". If you use Avast Free, please remove it completly and use the solution of Windows. Windows has a decent protection and it's also free. 👍
You can also try to deinstall other solutions like AVG but to set an exception did work most at the time except of Avast. It still blocks the process even if we shut it down.

If you didn't reinstall the driver, do it. Google and download DDU, "Driver uninstaller" of Wagnarsoftware. Start it ones and go to the settings left in the corner on top. Now go to the last point down, "prevent downloads of Windows". Now, restart your system in safe mode and start DDU. Pick your card, "AMD or Nivida" and perform a clean deinstall and reboot. It's the first of 3 tabs there. Now you can install a new driver again. Start Steam and PUBG later also with right of admins too and try it again.

Hello all! Been playing PUBG for a long time now...this is the second time I get a small update for PUBG, it downloads, verifies and then pauses...over and over and over again. So, you cannot play the game. This happened before and I was able to delete a few files, TSlGame folder, BEService_pubg.exe and a couple others, re-downloaded game and it worked again. This time I did the exact same thing...NO GO! I have submitted a ticket, haven't heard from anyone... Anyone else having this issue?

On Xbox, my team of 4 sometimes experiences no start issues, so like we've done from the beta of this game, we quit the whole game from xbox dashboard to get a fresh start of PUBG. However, once the game brings us all back into the lobby, we are still in with each other. So, why doesn't the game actually quit? And is this a reason why the lobby/ game experiences bugs?

I really don't know. The only thing you can try, is to reinstall your game. On PC, updates can cause a lot of issues related to corrupt data. So a clean reinstall can solve a lot of problems. But as far as I know from console, you guys don't have so much options to do anything like that.

If you have high packet loss or high ping before it crash, it's an indicator for what I mentioned before. "Connection problems where your client lose his connection to the server and your game stops/crash. If not, it's probably an issue from the game it self related to broken data or any bugs/problems there.

So I lagged out and dashed boarded with a 44 ping on quads 3 out of 4
It's not only about your ping. Both pings matter. For example. His ping = 150 + your ping 45.

I remember much more desync. Also it was buggy as hell. Cars getting stuck inside objects and buildings, exploding after a few seconds, Sometimes getting sent into the stratosphere for no reason, cars were falling over backwards when you started driving them at one point etc. I was funny...but it is MUCH better now

Restart your PC and all network hardware (router, modem etc) and see if the issue persists.

hello. Im having massive issues with PUBG. Maybe you cant answear this, but please forward this to someone who can. Like 3-4 days ago I started to experience stutters with pubg, more than normal. The last two days, I can only launch the game to the menu, then it instantly crashes and I get the "pubg crash, share feedback" or something like that. I have uninstalled PUBG two times, verify game files probably 12 times already, uninstalled all other programs on my pc so that I only have steam with pubg on my pc. I have heared by others it can be the Anti Cheat that has problems...

PSU faults can often present themselves in different ways. I've had problems with them in the past where the fault only showed itself when playing World of Warcraft, but didn't cause problems with anything else.
If it does have a fault, it will eventually start to get worse.
You can also attempt to stress test your system as an alternative troubleshooting step, but that may not trigger the fault (if there is one)

Loosing connection generally means that there are some issues between you and your isp or your isp and the game servers. Have you tried restarting your router and using a ethernet connection to make sure you get the most stable connection?

W/ framerate priority. Turning off g-sync/vrr and putting to 120hz helped(not sure why), but game still runs like like crap

@indigo basin The One X can't consistently hit 60 FPS, and Framerate priority runs in 1080p.
If your FPS is out of sync with the refresh rate of the screen then screen tearing can occur. VRR is the only way to solve that, but most monitors have a floor of 40-48hz.

Do you have crossplay enabled? It sounds like it might be switched off. Matchmaking times and bot ratios will be higher due the vast majority of players having crossplay enabled.

Hi! I was told to bring my continual crashing / file corruption issue to this channel. I have verified that my storage drives are not the issue by installing the game on different drives at different points and getting the same result. I verified my RAM was not the issue by playing matches with each 16GB stick individually. I have verified that network is not the issue by observing network traffic during matches, and by connecting to streaming / video services during matches and observing that they were neither lagged nor interrupted. I have followed all of the troubleshooting steps in the stickied post. Wut do?
After each match in which I crash, Steam file verification is able to find a single bad file and replace it. This issue has been going on for over a week with no changes to my hardware configuration (except during the period where I verified my RAM). I am able to repro consistently just by loading into matches. It does not matter how many are in my party, or which map.
I also followed some steps I found on Steam: uninstall PUBG, dig out the related BattleEye files, clear Steam download cache, then reinstall. I was able to play 2 matches without a crash, and then the issue recurred and has been present since.

I using Eng/Thai language Windows keyboard. many time we cannot switch weapon, because when we press [ALT]+[Left Shift] (may be during we running [Shift] and look around [ALT] - [ALT]+[Left Shift] is standard/default Microsoft Windows Switch Language Hot key. ) the Windows language switch to Thai then after that we cannot switch weapon. We have to change Language first then switch weapon. I dont know why PUBG PC don't fix this issue.

This is a Windows level feature that has a shortcut that can't be overridden with code as far as im aware.
You are able to disable the language switching shortcut via windows settings.

Thats a computer side issue on your end, sometimes due to settings meaning your peripherals not getting enough power
Check to see what your power settings are set to in the windows settings.
maybe the DPI settings got mangled up?

Thats personal preference on your part. I personally run my system on high performance constantly.
High performance will typically draw more power. If you're running a laptop this will have an impact on how long you can go between charges. If you're on a desktop, it may have some impact on your overall electricity bill.

Maybe try disable it apply, the enable and apply, see if that works. And do u have all your settings configured correctly in your xbox, i assume so if your getting game music.
Yep, thats exactly what it is, player base has dropped so they add bots so we can still have full lobbys, very sad times for the game...
Too me, that doesnt seem like a power issue at all, it seems either DPi issue, or your mouse settings either in windows or any 3rd party software you have for your mouse if you do...

Looks like these matches were played during off peak times where we would expect a higher chance to have more bots.

Off peak times will always have a higher chance than peak times for increased bot ratios

If there is an issue then it will repeat itself during peak times.
Right now the players that have mentioned high bot ratios have been playing during off peak times.
this is something that can be expected due to lower player numbers during those times.

BUt it is odd that he has over 80% bots in the afternoon. I don't experience that even in the afternoon and i am also from EU.

Matchmaking will always try to fill up a match first before it creates a new instance
think of it like this
- 100 people queue
- 80 people connect to match 1, 20 bots added
- 20 connect to match 2, 80 bots added
I mean, yes that can happen. But it is weird when it happens multiple games in a row. Still could happen of course.

and there is a maximum wait time before a match is automatically created regardless of minimum numbers required.

There is one other additional component that means brand new players tend to have more bots, but that would apply to all players in the match, not just the new player - something that isn't the case from what i've been shown.

I need some help with the Public Test Server for Xbox one PUBG. When I load up the game, it loads to the second screen where you press A, and says "unable to connect to server."
@viral monolith test server is not currently running for Xbox.
Sorry, I do not know. It's typically only available for a short time prior to a big update to consoles. And not every update.
