Hi Guys. I have a question. My account just got banned even when I did not violate any rules and using no cheating software. I have just updated my pubg game and played for several matches. Also I am a weak player, can only have very few killing score and 0 in most games. Can anyone please explain how a punishment is determined? In team mode, some of the players kept broadcasting the advertisemnet of some cheating software, I tried reported some of them before, but recieved almost no penalty result of them. My second question is why it was banning normal player and keeping cheating players play freely in this game? How is the penalty mechanism works? Is it based on some weak algorithm?

@marsh bone hey, it could be that your game is being prevented from launching by an antivirus program. We've had players reach out and report issues with Avast, AVG antivirus programs so if you do have one installed, add pubg to it's exceptions

This can be solved by adding an exception in your anti virus for PUBG\TslGame\Binaries\Win64\TslGame.exe
The PUBG Folder is located in your steam library.

Hello, I’m just curious on something. When I play games my gpu usage fluctuates a lot, it “randomly” will switch between 60-99%. When it goes to ~99% usage, my FPS reaches 200+, and I love it. Hi guys, I'm having some unexplainable latency or desync when playing this game. Ping is mostly stable at 26ms and the framerate is pretty consistent between 160 and 220fps. Somehow I'm always too late in a battle situation. You could say I'm just to slow in reacting, which is true in most encounters 😄. But I have this situations(a lot) where an enemy is around the corner and as soon as I start peeking at him I'm instantly death. How? It's just like the opponent is receiving data from the server even before I have send it.

I have a constant issue where if I play squad with certain friends, we ONLY get games with >80% bots. The issue is 100% repeatable. If I play squad without them, normal game with about 20ish bots. Leave and join a game with them, 80ish bots. It's been happening since the update on 12/1.

The players have pretty good stats, 2000 hours played, and are level 500 in the game.

We have tested this extensively and it happens every single time. I'd be happy to provide more info to anyone interested.

For over a week now my pc has been freezing whilst playing pubg. The timings of freezes are completely random. ah okay, It may be your hardware then. My second build has essentially the same specs aside from the CPU and motherboard, and I get that issue on that build occasionally. Maybe check for any GPU or BIOS updates and see if that helps

Why do rankeds get worse every season? I meet the recommended requirements, all settings at very low, the game looks ugly and works even worse. When will devs finally start optimizing this? On normal matches I have an average of 144 fps And the game is pleasant. On ranked fps can drop from 144 to 80 and it's terribly annoying, it's not just my problem because a large part of my friends have the same problem. All drivers updated and set to performance, unfortunately nothing helps. The latest graphics drivers work worse than the older version. At the moment ranked are not playable with drops to 80 fps when there are a lot of people in a small zone. Pc spec ryzen 7 2700x 4Ghz, rtx 2060 Super,16 GB RAM 3200Mhz and game is on M2 nvme.

@novel haven Like I said everything is optimized for performance. All nvidia and other overlays are disabled. The settings in the game are such that it was the greatest performance, antialiasing on the medium and textures because the game looks a little better, I tested different settings and on those is the best which is not changing the fact that this game is just terribly poorly optimized. And I will not special buy a computer with a high price range to make this game work well. Somehow bf4 everything on ultra looks much better than pubga and works in constant 200 FPS at explosions and 64 people on the server. The problem lies with the game and no one is trying to solve it in a meaningful way. It is better to add some unnecessary skins than to do something that this game run better.

Sorry, G-Coin can only be purchased via the steam payment system ingame.

I've seen some say they managed to complete it on other maps.

After your funny maintenance, the game stopped working, it hangs on the loading screen, then a black screen and nothing happens. Windows is updated and the game is running by the administrator.

"The "challenge" to survive 15 minutes and kill 2 players without taking any damage is bugged, if you do not take any damage and kill 2 players within 15 minutes, even though 15 minutes have no yet passed the mission will show as completed and will disappear from your "to do" missions, and will be added to your "completed" missions (this, in the middle of the game), causing you to think that your mission is now over, and that since it's completed, you can go ahead and take damage, because the mission is practically done. Which is what I did, I stayed in the blue zone since it was favorable, ended up doing well in the match and the match eventually ended, I get in the main lobby and surprise. The challenge is not completed anymore.

Its not affecting everyone, maybe 10% of players overall.
