hey everyone been looking through the forums and found no fix. Since patch 6.0 i have been getting frame drop and Latency spikes when getting into fights. my frames drop from 145 to 15-30 and my latency jumps from 40-50 to 400-700. Rig: intel i7 7700k, Gforce rtx 2080, corsair vengence 32 GB ram 3200. i noticed my CPU usage jumps to about 97% as well and my physical memory is constant around 40%.

The ping spike is likely to be a result of the hitch/freeze that caused the frame drop rather than it being connected. In the event the game client stops responding for a small amount of time then the ping will spike due to it having hitched.

I freeze everytime I go in inventory or pick something up for 10-15 seconds+, and now its the problem where if I go in an actual match I totally crash, like my entire internet, and it's not a coincidence either, if I go to any other game it works just fine. @ocean shard @tacit crow There's something really wrong with the Squad FPP queue on South America servers, solos and duos are fine, but since yesterday the squad queues are getting ~1 minute of estimated time, and we wait around 2 / 3 minutes to find a match that already have 80+ players when everyone gets in and also a lot of packet loss, only for squad mode...

HI all, anyone know of a bug that when you start the game the whole PC crashes with a bluescreen (KERNAL FAILURE) and when the PC is rebooted PUBG needs to redownload? I've had this twice now over the last few weeks. It feels as if it is after I rebooted after installing an update for the AMD video drivers.

Hi, I hope someone can help me. Since some weeks I have occasionally the bug, that after closing the inventory my mouse curser is still visible in the center of the screen. If I move my mouse, nothing happens, because the cursor is in the foreground. I have to reopen the inventory or the map that the cursor disappears.

The funny thing is, now I have a new PC and a reinstalled Windows and I still have this bug. And I can't f ind any topic to this :/

I don't think there's an issue with PUBG servers. It's more likely routing issue between you and PUBG servers.
Normally these issues resolves themselves. I can't give you an estimate on how long it usually takes though.

But if more people are having issues, keep the reports coming 🙂

If you're banned, and the support team have denied your appeal, then that is effectively the end of what they can do

You can appeal again, but if they've denied your appeal before, it'll probably be denied again.

@cedar dune Correct me if i am wrong but it is known that PUBG is very lopsided when it comes to optimization. This game is like a teeter-totter:

Low graphic settings = high CPU intensity
Ultra graphic settings = high GPU intensity

You might want to play around with the graphic settings in order to evenly distribute the load on both components. Discovering the right combination of graphic settings to achieve the "Goldilocks" performance for your PC is most definitely a religion when it comes to this game. Although, every PC is unique, I suggest setting the graphics on Medium across the board and go from there. Right now your GPU is not meeting your CPU half way because low graphic settings do not allow for that.

It might sound counterproductive but giving your GPU more to chew on actually might solve the CPU bottleneck you have.

The 1060 is taking no-where near half the load because low settings are too soft.

@low quiver I can confirm that what @stone heart mentioned early this morning is correct - both the WACS and SAT-3 submarine cables have suffered damage recently which will be having an impact on internet speeds and routing. Repair efforts appear to be underway, but I'm unsure when full normal service will be restored.

Theres a bug in consel on karakin where when you throw a sticky bomb at the broken wall trying to get into bunkers. Sometimes it doesn't show that the bunker entrance is gone but it it is and you cant go through (enter or exit). Sometimes it doesn't blow up at all

So I was just banned for "unusual gameplay patterns" for 24 hours after playing the game for the first time in ages. I played four games with a friend and died instantly most of the time because I'm bad. Then out of the blue I got a 24 hour ban for nothing. Could someone look into this?

@ocean shard there's a bug still didn't fixed yet. On Erangel when you get in a glider the environment sound will be reduced automatically like you press F7 or more abnormal sound
