Well, you know how weâre supposed to customize the controls? Well, I customized the layout of the controls for game a while ago, and after one of the many updates, some of the controls were reset and now when I try to use motorcycles, the exit button over laps with the buttons to make the motorcycle point up or down, and because of it, I canât use motorcycles with being thrown off and killed
How do I fix it? Cause when I go to the setting to attempt to change the controls specifically for motorcycles, it no longer gives me the option to do that, and Iâve reset the app multiple times and recreated my settings layouts multiple times and itâs done nothing

You need to up your settings so that your GPU is used. Lower settings use the CPU more

If you can't hear or transmit, then that suggests a connection issue if steam can hear you normally.

What's a man got to do to get a reply to a support ticket that was raised 3 weeks ago with no response? On top of that, I've been CCed into another user's ticket and seen their ban appeal and reply (which was sent 7 hours after the ticket was raised this morning, feelsbadman) which feels very naughty đŚ

@exotic sparrow I would recommend hopping into the training mode (or the new TDM mode) so you can get some exposure to gunfights quickly. That way you can test out what sensitivities feel appropriate for you

How come "Delete Marker" keybind is no longer working on PC after update? You have to right click the marker with the map open to 'remove' it. This is annoying. I'm a die hard NA player, almost 5k hours and you guys come out with new stuff, while not fixing known bugs, AND breaking stuff that should have never even been messed with. Why are you messing with the map markers? They've worked fine for literally years. No mention in the change log. Just getting over it. Every region has it's dead lines. As in the times of day where the queues are going to be slow, especially if you're asking about earlier in the morning. And with console
But coming in here and complaining passive agressively doesn't come off as asking for help
If you're unable to solo que, which in off hours has one of the lowest playerbases, then consider trying duos and squads. As the 6.2 update comes out for console, you'll notice that the queues will also be slow for a bit as players will be trying out the new TDM mode
if you're looking for some fast action, it's a great way to warm up before moving back into live matches
Early morning NA is spread across 4 timezones. People are at school and work so that's why you're struggling to find a game. There are probably more than 100+ people in solo matches. But given that the average game of PUBG is around 16mins Karakin, 25 mins Sanhok, 32 mins Erangel and 35mins Miramar, you'll be waiting for a bit while those matches finish and enough players are queued for the next map
PC players across all regions experience this as well. It's not unique to NA Console players only.
As for wanting help, I'm not sure what to tell you aside from try a different squad mode

I've sat in que for literally hours trying to get in a game yesterday I'd say at least from 11am to 6pm and got into maybe 2 or 3 games and that was for squad que so there's definitely something going on with it other than that

my first suggestion would be to verify the integrity of your files. Sometimes after an update or or more files can get corrupt

My PUBG has crashed a few times since the previous update. But it's usually when I am observing in custom games and I switch to a view with too much going on (throwables or someone driving)
but in live matches I've noticed that occasionally if I left my graphics too high I might crash

@celest panther I just confirmed, even after rebinding my "Delete Marker" keybind that when I do not have the map open and press the bound key (Default key, Delete), it does not delete the marker on the map. However, if I open the map, and hit delete it works.
This use to work outside of having the map open prior to this past update.

my frames which used to be clean 260-300 are now droping to 160 consistantly, the ping is insanely bad without me even being in another server. The servers crash, the servers are laggy and inconsistant and I desync ever ten mins to the point where I cant hit blatent headshots with a m4 with basically no recoil at point blank. amazing

In the mean time, I recommend you fully power off your network hardware (router and/or modem) to make sure that isn't related.

PUBG is using 80% of my CPU and RAM and 100% of my GPU... please help. Prior to update 1.6 the numbers were 30%, 40%, & 80%
