I just bought a new computer, everything works fine, online games, even Rockstar and EA game stores. Basically, I have downloaded rocket league and PUBG, it is on my new laptop, the minimum requirements are easily met and all the drivers and software are up to date. However, whenever I attempt to open the game, it would say, downloading DirectX for Windows, then proceeds to opening to the game. But, the game doesn't even pop up when it just automatically closes.
It would go something like the below:
Open game command > downloading direct x > steam Client opening game >Running game > syncing
I have tried restarting the computer, clearing ram and cashe, I even took down the entire firewall in an attempt to locate and pinpoint the issue but failed to do so.

Inbound/Outbound usually means the server is at fault, or somethings wrong with routing between you and the server. Make sure that ports 80, 81 and 443 are all forwarded/open within your routers settings too, as that could cause this sort of issue

I've had a user in the Reddit discord show that him and his squad mates keep getting pulled into NA servers. EU is completely red out in their matchmaking button
it's happened for them right now, and at least 5 games in a row so far
all four members are EU and their ping is all 100+
