There is something wrong with my pubg mobile

Ever since the new update came out, I was no longer able to get the “Balanced graphics” anymore. It gives me the option but when I press it, it says that I have to restart the game in order to obtain the graphics but every time I restart I enter the game with low graphics again even tho I set it to balanced. I check again on my graphics setting and for some reason it always god back to low.

In fullscreen-mode games draw directly to the screen. If you tab out, the game can't do that anymore as there are other windows on the screen

What processes does PUBG run now? After I quit the game, Steam says it's still running and I can't find anything to kill in Task Manager. No TSLgame.exe or anything that looks PUBG or Battleye related in the Processes or Details tabs. I have to force quit the Steam client to be able to launch PUBG again.

when I join a lobby..the code at the bottom says SEA...but I'm connecting through ap-northeast-2 which is korea..
moreover, the matchmaking almost always puts me in a higher ping server than what is available (other regions like EU)

I'm not sure how the game is interpreting the regions..but if we're going by AWS then they are distinctly separate..

these are the 5 lowest ping servers to us...

right now Singapore is high for some reason and I can understand that it is likely my ISP and routing etc. --- usually it is 100ms .. however even then, the ping priority should fall to EU.

From what I can understand is, the game puts Korea in SEA region...and since Singapore (with the lowest ping) is in the same region it chooses to put me in SEA but doesn't choose a singaporean server because Korea pretty much has the max player count.

I'm fairly sure that Europe no longer uses AWS at all anymore as it migrated over to multiplay a few months back

#

There could be a number of reasons for placing you in SEA rather than europe, but you are sort of in an odd location overall when it comes to distance to regions

#

Its more than just your ping specifically to a region, you also need to take into account rating based matchamking, ping grouping etc

#

When you matchmake, does it tell you that you are being placed out of region, or is it selecting SEA as your primary?

im having insane rendering problems with PUBG :/

the loading screen time has increased insanely... i get in when there is only like "13 sec" on the timer left and when i jump out of the plane i see it's struggeling with rendering everything from buildings, cars.. basicaly everything... where sometimes it doesn't render in at all and i can walk through everything and loot doesn't spawn in (or sometime it does but i can't see it nor pick it up).......

Hi everyone , do anyone know how to fix the voice chat bug , every setting are on ( voice chat mode all and channel all ) but i cant hear anyone of my team and i cant talk either. Beginnig of that communication issue with my teammates, i could hear my teammates for a moment but after 10-20 secs in warm up my voice chat always went off. i had tried everything changing gameruser settings , ctrl+t and etc but i recognized that it was all about my routers ALG/SIP settings when i disabled my ALG/SIP setting everything begin to works perfectly. So I recommend to people who have this in game voice chat issue

I was on my Main Menu for PUBG going through my Vikendi Pass then this LONG Chinese Username invited me to his Lobby and I clicked YES, so I joined him and it was a bot promoting Chinese hacks and I instantly left. There is support if you use 388.59. They removed it when they added official PUBG drivers with the 1.0 release for some reason. It may require some nvidia inspector stuff as well. I forge```

Some players on PC report that they can't use ingame voip either and it usually relates to their connection or to something down the line that they can't control

im unsure if the same service is used for PS4, but its usually related to some sort of block or routing issue

You may need to open up ports on your router to allow voip to work, or contact your ISP to see if they can see anything weird

Still having problems where PUBG wont quit fully, and I have to kill the steam client to relaunch the game.
Went down the line of "READ ME: First Troubleshooting Steps" and did all of them aside from port fwding and connecting via mobile.
Got to the last step of uninstall/reinstall, but when I try to #5 "Navigate to Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common and delete the folder PUBG" it's telling me I can't delete debug.log because it's open in Chrome. Wut? How does that happen?

all low will make your game more cpu intensive, if you put your graphics higher the gpu will do more work. Check your hardware utilisation when playing to see if the gpu is being under used

Anyhow; a friends is experiencing a bug where whenever he ADSes, his movements invert such that pressing W moves backwards and pressing A moves right and vice versa. Has anyone experienced the same and how did you fix it?

If that hasn't worked, tell him to go to %localappdata%\TslGame\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor and delete the config files in there.

That should guarantee a settings reset incase something is corrupted

isolating my cpu core
re-installing my PUBG (2-3 times)
changing my installed folder from C drive to D drive and back
verifying my game files through steam settings
checked to see if i have any useless files that dont start with pakchunk (i dont)
deleted my cache

@viral monolith sounds like it could be audio driver related. Someone eliminated that problem by uninstalling the Nvidia HD audio driver if it was installed. Can you check if it's there, remove it if it is, then let me know?

Your very specific freezes are usually related to audio cues from what I've seen from those who resolve that specific issue

I had that same thing. I rolled back my gpu drivers and it stopped. It is audio cues on mine as well. Bomb goes off.. crash.

I've personally never experienced the issue but have heard that others have. Perhaps the difference is that in using display port and it isn't inherently using audio

Putting everything on low isnt always the best idea. Some settings default to either the CPU or gpu depending on the selection made.

Go to training mode. Lower and raise all your settings until you get a config u like. It may not raise your fps, but it should make it more stable.

Im having an issue with aiming with scopes i find it hard when i try to aim with a scope and shoot someone with a AK or any auto gun
