Its a matter of opinion of the company and the situation but I just wanted him to know the rules of conduct DO cover taking advantage of situations like that. The rule is generalized and not detailed to specific situations so anyone that sees something wrong should ignore it, report it to the company, and start a new match.

Guys, i love pubg, but it's unplayable, i shot a guy with S18 hitting him completely THEN he shot me with AKM in the head and i died and he did not take damage at all, i immediatly alt-f4 and almost broke my desk, my ping is ~80ms and when i play other games (bf1) rarely this happens so pubg servers are trash, and this is not the first time, im so pissed off, i want to play but it's useless if i need to shoot much before of my enemy does it too

Im just gonna say: never set your pagefile to Auto. it's either fixed == RAM size (to enable hybernation) or a few gigs.
Why? Because you want it to be unfragmented on the HDD. best to use a separate drive for it

if it's only on blood splatter/on hit then it could be PUBG itself. e.g. I had a stutter issue in League whenever I died - the game does some long work on CPU when certain actions happen - sometimes not an issue

I have an OC on my CPU to 4.6, but to get it there I had to change the b-clock a little bit. I also have an OC on my GPUs as +50MHz on the gpu clock. And the b-clock adjustments have been known to mess shit up that way. It's possible I need to get rid of the OC on my GPU. Dunno

yeah maybe you should reset BCLK. I got a little afraid of that since it also ties in with SATA ports... possible data corruption? Never heard of anyone testing exactly that

Sorry for the late reply. For example, if I pick up a grenade, the grenade is registered as a flashbang or smoke in the inventory. Sometimes it is registered as a grenade, but other times it's either a flashbang or grenade. My friends don't seem to be having this issue.

If so, I would suggest that you make a new directory / folder path and install it there to see if that improves performance / stops you from having to reinstall the game.

Something kinda funny: using my laptop monitor instead of the monitor i plug in causes me not to have the massive FPS drops
