i'm not sure what the hell is going on with my game, but the game starts up fine, and then when I go into a game, the screen cuts to my desktop, and I have to alt enter twice (once out, and another back in) to play. and even the alt-entering is hard since it gives me problems with actually clicking on the running app. anybody know a fix?

Hi, Help please. My son and my GF share the same PC. They each have their own steam account and each have their own copy of PUBG. The problem is that they prefer different keybinds but this doesnt seem possible, any changes to keybinds effects both PUBG accounts, is this normal? What can be done?

Configuration files are located in %localappdata%
I do not think it's possible to clone the folder and use it separately. Game automatically creates that folder upon installation.

Not 100% sure if it would work. But you can have multiple pc users, which, when you turn on the pc, pop up and let you choose
(For example: Michael; Martha)
You click on michael, and login to your pc with that user (account)

if you change your resolution in-game to fullscreen(windowed) it fixes the crash but the resolution itself significantly decreases fps, which is the opposite to the windows update that's supposed to increase it, therefore this fix isn't really good

You can re-roll your windows update.

you can remove the old driver, with http://www.guru3d.com/files-details/display-driver-uninstaller-download.html (DDU) in windows safe mode. After that you can install the previous Driver build, which you can find here: http://www.nvidia.com/Download/Find.aspx

yeah the first time you start it. it will say that it needs to be in safe mode, then it will let you chose yes or no, just say yes to restart the pc in safe mode.

Once in safemode the program will start up. Just chose the option " cleanup with reboot" It will uninstall the nvidia drivers and start windows normally. then you can install the older version of the drivers

for ppl having " dx11 feature level 10 is required to run the engine" issue

Possible fix:

Uninstall game
Remove TsIGame Folder from Appdata/local directory
Remove graphics driver (preferably with DDU)
Reinstall Graphics driver
Reinstall DX from MS
Update windows (if any updates are needed)

Reinstall game to a different steamLib destination. (just give it a extra folder in the steamlib)

do support tickets sometimes take a couple days after they first reply to get solved if its the weekend? Are tickets solved on weekends or will it be looked at after? also. people are telling me that the thing that banned me, rivatuner gpu statistics overlay, is allowed. the problem was that my friend had an older version of afterburner which came with an older version of rivaTuner, so maybe battleeye didn't allow it because it was a year or so old. any insight is appreciated.

So I'm having an unusual issue with my PUBG sound.

All vehicle/plane/gunfire sounds do not come out of the right ear. I've tried changing various sound settings but nothing has worked. I have also tried a full reinstall.

Here's a video of it happening to me. The sound in the video got a bit off, so it sounds like the sound gets muted when it is in front of me, but it is the right ear it does not come out of.

The point is with Discord, people can glitch there names or use alt codes for invisible names. Therfore they can not be banned and kinda have to be caught in the act.

Is there any word at all on fixes regarding the crash during matchmaking? I have previously done the initial troubleshooting steps, disabled HPET, used the packaged Visual C++ installs. After reinstalling my OS to make sure there were no left over files I still cannot play your game. I've been locked out of playing since the March 8th patch.

can we fix the issue where the gun is apparently 3 miles under red dot/holo sight. sick of aiming over a wall and the guy shoots the window frame or wall instead of the person i can actually see through the optics.

Can we fix the issue where you shoot someone and due to poor server ticks, the game registers the hit visually(blood splatter) but doesnt deal the damage.

@quick chasm Hi, sorry for the very long delay in replying to you; I mentioned yesterday about a crash in matchmaking. Yes I have both the Security Center and Windows Management Instrumentation services set to run automatically. I tried force killing them and starting them again to ensure neither process had hung in the background as well.

Hmm BattleEye keeps saying that something called setupapi.dll in my system32 files are getting blocked and it says BE is not running properly and gives me an error code so i cant actually get into the game

Possible glitch where players were trapped in an overturned car, and were unable to exit the vehicle using the action key. Tried moving the car, switching seats, and downing someone and attempting to res them, to no success. all players died.

I Keep on having ingame Mouse issues!!! It is almost like i had dirt in my mouse and it stutters Immensly while moving, but it is only the case in PUBG... CsGo or Bf1, Even Rust are not effected. I dont know what to do! Hope someone knows what to do.

Already in the warmup I can tell that it hasnt been fixed... It seems to be some problem with the game files tho, maybe the mouse smoothening.. Ive tried switching it on and off but yet the mouse is stuttering really hard.

I have more than 30GB required, my Ram is ok, i checked it already and i have also tried to reload the cache and even unistall and install the game again. Possible fix:
FIRST try update windows, if that doesnt work for you then:

Uninstall game
Remove TsIGame Folder from Appdata/local directory
Remove graphics driver (preferably with DDU)
Reinstall Graphics driver
Reinstall DX from MS
Update windows (if any updates are needed)

Reinstall game to a different steamLib destination. (just give it a extra folder in the steamlib)

This worked for a friend

Haven't had an issue with the game crashing until the latest patch. Crashes every couple of games, sometimes twice in the same game. Doesn't give me a message, just the bugsplat window.
