@short portal Which anti-virus are you using? Some players with trend micro have reported that adding both PUBG exe's to the AV exceptions list has resolved the issue for them
tslgame.exe and tslgame_BE.exe can be located in your PUBG directory, to find this open your Steam games library > right click PUBG > local files > browse local files, then navigate to PUBG\TslGame\Binaries\Win64

@lyric phoenix it is very early for the NA players so there aren't many players queue-ing for the game in that region

the ini file is in TslGame/Saved/Config/WindowsNoEditor folder. To find the folder you must press Windows key + R, input %localappdata% then navigate to TslGame

ive been reporting cheaters and they send me emails telling me thanks for contacting us and stuff and what steps they took to reduce cheaters , it feels like they just copy and paste whole chunk of text and they arent doing much to solve the problem , can they tell me stuff like whether they took action or investigated the cheaters account .

IIRC, that means your antivirus is stopping BE from loading.

@sudden radish The issue is you experience is the latest anti-cheat PUBG devs added. It's intrusive and detective. Blocks a lot of files that can modify the game somehow. Your issue is the anti-vrius.

Right click that service, go to properties, in the "startup type" dropdown, choose "disabled", restart pc, does it work now? If not, there might be other things to do or remove hmpalert.dll file (which might break your anti-virus and that is not our goal....)

If your game isn't launching, it most likely means that you have some program running that the new anti-cheat measures can't distinguish from being a hack, so it's blocking launch.

Just solved the no loading issue with PUBG. 3RD party software is conflicting with Anti-cheat. Try removing your 3rd party anti-virus App as the firewall is blocking the porting most likely. Just solved a friends PC to load PUBG this way.

The problem is related to Battle-Eye porting out of your client. So any 3rd party firewall/anti-virus will block or be blocked. Windows Defender is not affected by it as I am running it. I have not had this issue and updated both patches with no issues. It is on YOUR end that the game won't launch, until they recode every Anti-Virus and certify etc.

if you cant start / are getting a memory error, its because the newest patch uses an instruction set not supported by some CPUs
