This seems to be a system issue and not a game issue.

Hello folks. I couldn't find anything in #📋│welcome-and-rules about asking for help with game bans here. I got permanentely banned from PUBG yesterday, don't understand the reason and already sent an appeal to Bluehole. This happened in the only account I use, it's a 14 year old Steam account. I'm a casual player (less than 100 hours in game) and would very much like to do everything in my power to get more information on this, as it is already keeping me from doing activities in other games.

hey, so i started having this issue today that ive never had before, my in game sensitivity is extrememly low, even though it hasnt been changed at all in game or on my pc, and i am getting extreme mouse shuttering

Whenever my connection drops and comes back up, I get a new IP. So everytime I try to rejoin a match when I lose connection, it says connection failed. However if my game crashes (which rarely happens) I can log back in just fine, any ideas?

Hello there, I really neede some help. Just had a fresh windows 10 installation, updated all the drivers needed, having a little problem. Whenever I start the game, after 10 seconds in game(match starting in... phase), network adapter just disconnects and connects after like 20 seconds or so. Everything was great before the new windows installation. I tried a lot of things, including turning off power saving on network adapter, changing it's advanced options, reinstalled both the network adapter drivers and the game itself. It's like my network adapter treats the game as DDOS or w/e.

Only one of the 4 crates require a key. So if you do not want to buy the key, you can sell it on the market for real money @viral monolith

can someone plz help me so i was downloading the new update yesterday and i got it all done i resived 200BP points and 0 keys i then played for some hours till my mates got on when they got on they resived 100.000 bp points and 6 keys ???. @storm narwhal Yes I think it does go to sleep. Screens go off, Teamspeak microphone gets muted and after about 1 0 seconds or so, laptop shuts down. When I start it afterwards, it boots straight back to the login screen and all of the apps are still running. Usually PUBG crashed in the meantime

@open copper Are you taking about the AA seeming to jitter or be less effective for couple frames each second? I get that too, sort of like a half a pixel screen shake but only if I use true MSAA. TAA has its own kind of flicker that you can notice. Are you on a Radeon too or something else like a geforce? unfortunately i dont know how to solve it but its hard to notice here.

I newly bought PUBG yesterday and the first round did go well. But when I rejoined the Lobby the game gives me a few seconds before freezing up. It still plays sound through the time its freezing and crashes after a few seconds all together. This can only be fixed by resetting the Lobby im in, as restarting the computer won't even fix it.

Before 1.0, I had perfect anti-aliasing. Could have it on ultra and not have jagged lines and it made the game much more enjoyable. Until up to 1.0 anyway. Now lines in the distance are flickering and they are all geometrically jagged and it makes sighting so much harder when windows, outlines of cities and more are jagged and moving by itself. Please try and sort it out. I made a complaint about this back in December like 22nd or 23rd but the issue is still continuing and to be honest, It's getting more worse. I love this game to bits, I really do. Been playing since July for 350 hours. But seriously. It is almost unplayable for me. If it wasn't for having friends, I would uninstall it because I cannot play it.

There's a bug in the new update. When you go to map, and press the upper D-pad key it zooms in but in the background it switches to melee weapon as well. And while checking map if you press y, it starts switching weapons

load pubg and try (lightly) wiggling your GPU cable at both ends, if it does not change, then I would suggest uninstalling your GPU drivers and reinstalling.

Make sure your DVI/DP cable didn't wiggle loose and is tight/bolts are bottomed out.

ok, well try the other monitor without the one causing an issue hooked up, so single display. Run game and see if it has the same problem. If it doesn't then it's probably that monitor, if it exhibits the same issue, it's either the card, or cable.

i have a i5-7600k and a 1080, was expecting to be able to run pubg completely easily, yet early game when dropping with a lot of players, i cant get max fps, 144 since 144hz, even with everything on low exxcept draw distance, any reason why? or is it just the game?

GG pubg lets "finish" a game and release, but not fix any of the crash reports sent in. Nah put paid crates in the game instead. problem solved.

I really hope someone can help me with a super strange problem. When ingame, my sounds levels goes up and down between two fixed levels seemingly randomly.

It is only the in game sounds, not windows sounds. EI. if I have a youtube video running, that will remain the same volume

but I figured it out, found a .pak file that was faulty and steam verify intergrity didnt see it, so I copied the same file from an older backup I had, problem solved

hmm, I cant really help you, since it could be multiple things, but I would look at, updating your gpu drivers, verifying the game files, and seeing if you dont have and 3rd party apps that mess around with the games imaging or rendering
