i've done it all @tribal flicker Adam , i have over 400hrs on the game in this laptop with no issue until now. it doesn't give a code or anything on the crash report, that is just the paste that automatically comes with the crash. @tribal flicker its not windows 10 they did this with the early access people was lagging in the original map then they released an update that fucked the CPU usage right up then TWO months later released and update that sorted the entire server and cpu usage its like going back in time again...

Its deffinetly nothing to do with windows 10 let alone its only ever doing it in pubg not any other game

the updates that released in this game is so unstable and unpredictable at times its a joke let alone it came out of early access and still continues to have issues.....

I would turn it on but limit the frame rate of the game to 160 (or adjust your settings in a way that you achieve no more than 160FPS). G-Sync temporarily turns off when you leave the G-Sync range which might become noticable and have a negative impact on your gameplay. The upper range for your monitor should be around 160Hz.

You can cap the frame rate by opening the file...

My friend is having issues with crashing since he bought new ram. He upgraded his ddr4 to 3200mhz, but is now crashing like every 5 minutes.

I need help ASAP. When I try to run PUBG when running X-Plane 11 (a flight simulator, nothing else) BattleEye comes up and blocks loading of file, and then quits. Is it because PUBG is thinking that X-Plane 11 is a cheat? My friends have no problem running PUBG and the simulator and the same time. We have the same version of the simulator and the latest version of PUBG. Is there anything I can do to fix this issue, or can you whitelist the simulator in the BattleEye system?

I have this graphical artifact when looking at the 2 dimentional low detail trees, they have a "moire" pattern that looks like a grid of squares that rapidly changes size depending on how close you are to them. It could be alternating pathces of brightness/dark or it could be the dithered transparency combined with 2d trees that causes it. If I had to guess I'm assuming that artifact is on all pcs?

I have had a ban being investigated over the last week, today I've received a standardised response from Hawkins around 10 minutes ago, which does not actually address any of the information I have provided or my case in any way. It just states what is already obvious. I'm not looking to change the outcome anymore, I just need to discuss with someone how the support system works because as it stands I feel like I have just wasted 2 weeks of my life. He has no also closed the topic and said i need to open another ticket to discuss any further! Which from experience I imagine will take around another two weeks to do so!

The investigation message was from yourself, you may remember it, I had a screenshot of a steam support ticket essentially confirming that my steam account had been hacked. If the ban remains in place as account security is my own responsibility then fine. but the message from Hawkinz does not explain this, it simply just states the account was banned for cheating, which is not new information. I understand that there must be a lot of work for you guys to do and you must be very busy but really? not even addressing anything in the response and then closing the topic completely?

@cunning crater Sorry that it is unclear, your account security is always your responsibility. If your account was stolen and then used to cheat then it will not be unbanned. This is in place as it is a common tactic by cheaters to claim their account was stolen after being caught. They will go through the same process with steam and supply us with the same information you did.

Yes, if you want to report a player for cheating on the helpdesk, you need some kind of solid proof. Something like a replay or a video. As it is easier to report from the ingame button, this should be the prefered method of reporting a player. If you however have additional proof of a player cheating, like a vod of the player himself streaming his cheats, the helpdesk can be used to send in that information

replays and vods form your side are valuable ofc. If you use the ingame report function, the replay is automatically sent in for review. You can do that yourself on the helpdesk every time you want to, but please understand that the helpdesk need some kind of proof as it can't automatically link the replay of the match

report they get banned and buy a new account and hack again. IT cleary dosent work. Why arent the devs doing anything about it. making better security and anti cheats or systems like blizzard, h1z1 ping block or csgo with prime???

many chinese people works as a cheater so the account isnt alot of money for them.

@mortal sun We have multiple systems in place working against cheaters. Anti-cheat is an ongoing process which isn't something which is ever fully fixed. As we improve our methods cheaters also improve theirs. For all game developers it is a game of cat an mouse, and it will continue forever.
