Anyone has a solution for 'GameThread timed out waiting for RenderThread after 30.00 secs'? Crash happens to me every single match even after the engine update :^(
Seems like not a hardware problem, cause during 6 months before 1.0 it worked good.
All troubleshooting stuff have been tried for sure :^(

I'm trying to fix fullscreen mode. I couldn't run it until I changed the config file to "fullscreenmode=0". Switching with Alt+Enter or Alt+F11 after in-game makes it extremely stuttery and fps snags down to 12. With the default "1", I cant interact with menus well, they freeze the screen until im in game. CPU: i5-4590, GPU: AMD Radeon RX 470, 16GB DDR3 RAM. I can provide more info if needed

can you try using an VPN? If you are not using any firewall/antivirus software, it might something outside of your pc affecting the connection. If it works with a vpn, you need to find out what exactly is causing the problem because it's not a problem with the game itself

@white flare If you're still having the problem just right click the game in steam and click properties then 'local files' and verify the integrity of the game cache, it should then start updating after it's done

2) Run steam as Administrator
3) Go to game library
4) Right click on PUBG and select properties
5) Go to local files > view integrity of game files
Once steam is done verifying integrity of your game files, it should start updating it automatically.
Thats a fix that has helped people on the forums

@viral monolith find the error in logs. IMHO - you will see there 'renderthread' or 'd3d device is lost so UE just closed'. If so - say thanks to Bluehole so they are ignoring everyone who has the same crash issue and not telling us when they are going to update UE to v4.17.
AppData -> Local -> TslGame -> Saved -> Crashes -> latest crash folder -> open 'CrashContext.runtime-xml' (with notepad or whatever editor you like, Notepad C++ in my case). Here's the example of the error.

I can workaround using that info by locking that replay in game, and then playing 20 more games until that's the only replay file that doesnt follow the timing structure
but what I need is to understand how the game labels the files OUTSIDE of the game, so that I can upload the appropriate replays to report teamers.
Also, the timestamps on the replay files that PUBG creates are in windows are in KST
so I'm creating files for say 1/3 even though it's only 1/2 now...

Every time an action completes, it seems like the mouse keeps resetting to the top left of the screen (which I presume is 0,0 coordinates from a code standpoint). It keeps resetting the mouse to the top left whenever you have the inventory open and you try to pick stuff up by clicking and dragging or just clicking on it.
