So whenever I try and update, it will tell me it's at 13.4GB/13.4GB, it will then reset the progress bar, tell me it has 1 minute remaining, and then the time remaining will skyrocket
Then it will say it's Validating instead of Installing, reset the progress bar, and go back to installing
but the whole time it says 13.4GB/13.4GB have been downloaded
I tried completely uninstalling the game and that hasn't fixed it, and I've restarted my computer twice

@vapid girder Hm thats strange, I'm not sure what the issue could be there. Try changing your download region in steam and reintalling the game. Also, before reinstalling, please make sure you run steam as admin in case there are any file conflict/permisison issues messing with it. If none of this works, Steam may be able to assist as it is an installation/download issue

There are bound to be server hiccups and such.
