FWIW, you can go into your terminal and dump your dns cache => ipconfig /dnsflush

Should prevent the need to reboot pc/router.

Otherwise, you can't expect them to provide a fix, for something they have no control over.

This was determined to be a problem provided by your ISP.

Another possible issue would be that it has to do with BattlEye (which has already been stated). When BattlEye is started via starting PUBG, an argument is set called LobbyUrl, which is set to front.battlegroundsgame.com/index.html for live. Like I've said before, if you're able to access that site via a browser (Google Chrome, Internet Explorer, etc.) on the same machine you use to play PUBG and get the error about Steam versions, then your ISP is most likely not the problem. If BattlEye does not start, or, if for some reason LobbyUrl is not set upon starting BattlEye, then you'll most likely not be able to get past loading. For those who are having the issue, when you start PUBG and you get stuck on loading, check if the BattlEye service is running while you're running PUBG. If it's not, then follow #13 from this thread to manually start BattlEye: https://forums.playbattlegrounds.com/topic/4469-connectionsteamlaunch-issues-a-comprehensive-guide/?tab=comments#comment-19309
That thread also shows you how to check if the service is running (screenshots are for Windows 10, but it's basically the same for other Windows versions).

That would be the first thing I would check if you're running into issues. If the service is running, then it might help to run ipconfig /dnsflush and start up PUBG to see if that works. I might even recommend doing ipconfig /dnsflush; steam steam://run/578080, since that will flush your DNS and it should start PUBG right after that. In order to do so, hit Win+R on your keyboard, type in cmd, hit enter, copy and paste either of those commands (whichever you prefer) into the command prompt window, and hit enter.

There's other solutions beyond that, and many are posted in the thread, but I feel like those would be the more plausible causes.

I would say a fresh installation would be a good idea. I've had a similar issue of frames dropping after the latest update, and then they would be consistently at the lower fps with 1 to 2 frames difference. Reinstalled, and I hit 60+ again (don't know the max, since I only have a 60hz monitor 🙁)

Just checked last match. pubg is using all cores quite well now. So the cpu has enough to do on all cores.

To force the system to draw as much power as possible.

IF it's the psu then that should crash it.

And if not, then the search continues. But I do find it weird you cannot crash it any other way, or in any other game. Though most games tend to be GPU bound, so they don't use the rest of the system that much.

If it is the psu, just a straight stress test might not show the problem. Some bad/failing PSUs tend to have problems with fast changing loads. So it might crash during a lag but not on a stress test

Once it's installed. Go into your STEAM Folder. Locate 'Tslgame.exe' > Right-Click > Run as Administrator

You can try closing the game through TaskManager, then reloading the game up.

It typically will unstuck you.

Well, for suture reference. When you're stuck. Closing the game through TaskManager and relaucnhing the game, and reconnecting to the game wil force your guy out.

I've personally sacrificed my rank attempting this to ensure it works.

Well, Sammie had posted on Twitter that it was not against the rules at the moment, but Aug 11.

Considering it does tell you how long before you need to run to make it in the circle from your location and such. I would not recommend using it. Things like this gives you an advantage, and therefore in the rules states it's considered a cheat.

So, until clarified by Bluehole themselves. I would stay away from it.

Actrually, the 'good loot' is just based off of experience. You can find replicated maps all over the internet. It's not technically telling you in what house the loots at. It's giving you popular spots where there is a tendancey to have good loot, or an abundance amount of it.

@simple glen Not that big of an issue to ping the team. This should hopefully fix your issue:

1. Rename dxgi.dll to anything else (such as dxgi1.dll)
2. Launch PUBG
3. Rename the file back to dxgi.dll
4. Restart PUBG
