@eternal patrol chain of events to explain this to you:

  1. I saw the comment from @viral monolith asking about reshade not working due to battle eye.
  2. I asked "What's reshade?"
  3. I google reshade and find out what it is.
  4. I realise that it's a effects/graphic injection thing that lets you alter how the game appears, in my mind this sounds like it could be used to alter the way players / other things look in the game to give you an unfair advantage over others who aren't using it and I assume that it's blocked intentionally.
  5. I make my other 2 comments "Oh it lets you change the colour of post-processing of in-game effects. That's good, it should be blocked in an online PvP game"
    I do realise that this being the #🤝│community-troubleshooting channel my comments aren't exactly helpful but at no time was I ever attempting to sarcastic or insulting to anyone in any way. You then go on to make personal comments against me such as "I'm surprised bitter people such as youself don't comment..." and then after I responded you said that I was the one being hostile but apparently didn't know it. "You didn't know but you commented with hostility." and then made another jab about me by saying it wasn't "the #bitterness channel"

Now obviously it wasn't intentional that it was blocked as per the tweet above so regardless of my opinion on the software it's fine to use and I'll probably check it out myself now because of that. Now can we just put this to a rest please? Thank you @weary warren

So on the pc's we have a program called mouse without borders which allows us to use one mouse/keyboard for both pcs. The problem is when we launch the game and attempt to play the mouse cursor goes into the second pc when you attempt to turn around etc

Does anyone have problem where game crashes due to not enough memory to allocate textures? I used Afterburner to see GPU memory usage and its about 3gb out of 6gb. In order for you guys all to be in the same game, I believe you have to do it manually meaning:

#1 Everyone leaves the party
#2 Everyone joins the custom game individually
#3 Locate each other and join the same squad

When you are in a custom game, you are able to move around the player slots.

Anytime, one thing to note is that not all custom matches will have the option for squads, some might be duo or FFA. Just make sure to check before you get ur hopes up.

@vernal spire a few things to try... 1. While in a match, make sure your mic isn't muted by pressing CTRL + T. 2. While in-game, bring up the steam overlay and open settings in the lower-right. Ensure the correct recording device is selected in the audio tab then test your mic levels. 3. In the PUBG settings, switch the voice to all then back to Squad only then test.

Another thing to check is right-click on the speaker in your system tray, then click on recording devices. Make sure the correct recording device is set to default communication device. You could take it a step further and disable all other recording devices recognized by the system.

#

And lastly... navigate to C:/Users/'yourusername'/appdata/local/tslgame/saved/config/windowsnoeditor/GameUserSettings. Open in notepad and make sure blsVoiceInputMute is false.

Not sure exactly, but I've read some steam and forum posts, and some have had luck with that as a workaround until it's fixed. Do you have more than 8GB ram?

I have 16 and the game uses between 4-8 at times. I think when they get the lag fixed with the servers, the inventory lag will also be fixed. I believe it's server side lag we are experiencing. The team is aware of the problem, which is an issue with Unreal Engine 4 code.

Some have also used different launch commands that may or may not help. Seems each case is a little difference for the individual

So i've been having some rendering issues at the start of the game, it usually happens when i've already played 2/3 games. When it happens the game won't render for like the first 3 minutes, most of the time a restart fixes it but it's still annoying as hell. Does anyone know a fix?
