So, I've uninstalled PUBG Beta from my Steam Library. I also wanted to delete it from my account permanently to avoid any issue with installing the new (key) game and having files corrupt etc etc. Problem is the Steam Support site only recognizes the Early Access version that's obviously not out yet and keeps telling me the beta is not in my inventory. Actually no I didn't do that application which was available only for few days. I missed that opportunity. But there was an announcement which said something like this: "if you miss this opportunity you need to contact the community team in the future". So, I contacted the community team and they told me to send an email to them which involves my info I used for the Alpha application so they can verify my info. I sent the email but never got a response neither the key.

@snow heron That is weird because I just read the announcement they released on 17.02.2017 about the Alpha application for full game release. You can find it yourself from the announcements. It says "for those of you who miss this opportunity, please reach out the the community team in the future". After that there has been no announcements regarding this.

If you have the deluxe version, the reward key is the same key as your activation key. If you bought the standard version, you won't get the rewards that are promised in the deluxe.
