@hard pewter No difference without launch options. I checked and I am at 87% memory in task manager. I changed my screen scale to 90 that helped a bit, but not while in a vehicle or while getting shot at by multiple people, still complete freezes

In the end it's not the game it had to do with windows updater conflicting with directx. He's follow the steps I did hopefully it will work for him too. It's helped a few ppl now.

it's a cpu and gpu overhead problem milkman, I have to overclock my GPU and disable my OBS preview while streaming it
the game uses the GPU well, it's then all down to the CPU, maybe try turning down your CPU preset in OBS to superfast or veryfast (lessens the quality of stream but relieves the CPU from encoding it)

So i've posted a few times now in here... I would love to properly give the game a test I have a key and everything. I can load to the main menu but everytime I load into a match, my game comepletely locks up and I literally can do nothing. i have to alt-f4 in order to get the game to close. I run a AMD fx-8350 and a zotac gtx960 and i have 16gbs of RAM. i've reinstalled twice now and have tried adjusting video settings to no avail. you can find it there:

press Windows + R and enter that path
then edit the file "GameUserSettings.ini"

Worth a shot but I along with others have done that too I haven't personally heard of this issue. It's sound more on his PC side than game but I could be wrong
