Hi guys! i recently started to play the game again, and some games i have HUGE Fps drops, the fps goes from 300 on the island to 1-25 after landing, usually the fsp drops starts in the airplane. When this starts, it never stops, so i need to restart the game/pc...
I have a AMD ryzen 7, 5800X 8-core processor. 3.80 GHz, 16 GB memory. Windows 10, with graphic card NVIDIA geforce GTX 3070.

I play alot of other games with ultra settings, no problems. But just PUBG.. I dont know..

If you don't click anything else or alt-tab to another window after launching the game, eventually when it launches it will have focus. Otherwise the window you selected after starting the game will typically retain focus, and PUBG will open in the background.

So this thing happened with my game when i reinstalled it after a long time and played a few matches.
I was in a match in miramar and the game stopped responding and after like 10 minutes of waiting the game didn't respond I killed it from task manager and tried launching the game.
The game launched but stopped responding in a loading screen.
So i tried verifying files integrity, lowered my settings and at last uninstalled the game and reinstalled it again.

The same issue still keeps happening again and again.

I can't even get into a game.
When I try to it just stops responding in the loading screen.
It didn't do that in all my years of playing ever.
For reference my specs are ryzen 5 5600h RTX3060 6GB 16 gigs of ram

Nah, I think it was an HDR issue. Everything was overexposed and white. even on the ground. disbaled hdr in windows and installed latest amd drivers, seems better now

The way the game works, when someone gets knocked or dies, their bullet vanishes immediately, so there can be no direct trades of kills. PUBG doesn't allow mutual killing - with firearms, anyway. (Grenades and other throwables are a different story.)

Off the top of my head, it could be several things - anti-virus false positive flagging (check your AV logs); corrupt file (degrading hard drive, etc.); virus activity (corrupting or removing the file); ... Could also be a permissions issue.

No, we play duo and Paramo prematch takes a good 5 minutes before the timer even starts. So we ran and kept on running until we hit the end of the map, then we got bounced off an invisible wall a few times but he jumped at it then just fell through the map and died after 5 seconds of falling.

after you finish the game and u want to return to lobby you are stuck at loading screen?
if that is the case you cant do much, it's client - server related, in that process client get disconnected and keep trying to connect at takes around 60-120 sec to reconnect and you start loading again and ur back to ur lobby hopefully they will fix it with next update.

Might not work for this exact error, but it has worked for a friend who had something similar

Press Windows key + R to open Run box
Paste C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Local\TslGame\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor and click OK

Delete the three files called "GameUserSettigns.ini"

Then start PUBG. It will automatically recreate these files (and if you had your setting backed up to cloud then you can redownload them)

Chances are it has to do with windowing. Depending on how you close/minimize your discord window the pc can just turn off the audio for it on its own

1. sometimes discord servers have issue that may only affect 1 person in the channel
2. it could be the discord QOS priority setting if on turn it off.
3. in windows there is a setting that you can set so it does not automatically reduces sounds of different programs.
   hit windows key type "sounds"
   open it there should be one tab that says communication
   "set it to do nothing"
4. make sure youre not starting anything as admin neither steam or discord as this can lead to problems that hotkeys will not work.
5. use the app version browser version lacks functionalty
   6)it could also be your internet just lagging badly
   do ping tests to check if you have packet loss if you do, restart your modems/routers/hubs by unpluging the power cables waiting 20 seconds then repllug them
   if this does not help and you stilll get packet loss contact your ISP
6. in case you use a wireless connection to connect to the internet this could also lead to issues try a cable connection and see if it fixes it.

yeah its very hard to tell from distance what causes that could be a driver issue, could be an outdated driver. (even a mouse driver)
(and many other things gsync, freesync)
don´t know what else is running in the background on your system.

you could try to DDU your graphics driver before you opt for a complete reinstall.

the only discovery i made lately is that directx11 mode should be the best for you.

on another system with amd gpu from a friend with a 6800XT we discoverd he needs to run DX12 for some reason otherwise he has stutters.

interrestingly i had one guy who also has a hyper x cloud and regardless what we did we could not get his voice chat to work at all.

Alright I need help with PUBG, it will not start on steam for no reason. I need to crank up the game a bit too. Pubg uses the full dynamic range whereas other games usually compress their sounds.
If thats something that bothers you, give "Sound-Lock" a try (look it up). Its a limiter. You limit the loudest sounds and and then raise the overall volume. Pubg-pros use it too.

and if you cannot find nothing in the software then either the manufacturer messed up big time specialy if the issue is only present in specific games and youre better of in either return that headset or ask corsair costumer support

you can double check if audio in pubg is set to max volume.
the only thing i know that reduces sound in pubg is F7

wich reduces the sound by 50% but than you would have a headset indicator on the bottom of your screen to the right side of your hp bar

chances are this can make a difference as via usb you would use the soundcard integrated in the headset and with the 3.5mm jack (always plug in in the back of the pc not in the front) would use your internal soundcard

what concerns me the most i can find arcticles back from 2019 from corsair virtuoso SE where people complaining about quiet audio

wich indicates to me that thats an kown issue corsair does not care about..... sadly thats the kinda stuff you only find out once you run into stupid problems like this with all kinds of pc hardware.

last thing that comes to my mind if you use usb and you plug the dongle in a hub make sure that hub is connecter to a power plug to many devices on hubs without external power will not work as they should.

i feel your pain i run into similar issues over the years.

my general recommendation is get an external usb sound card by wired headsets like beyerdynamic with 3.5mm jacks.
there you can get basiclly for everything on your headset spare parts if you have some technic knowledge you can litterly repair everything on these things and you get spare parts like cables headbands ear thingis wich usualy is not the case for a majority of other headset brands.

if you really need a wireless headset these things to my knowledge are hit and miss and expensive.

Somehow I got it fixed, tried every cable on my Virtuoso the audio jack cable was the most quiet one. The usb cable was comparible to the wireless setting, did not make a noticeable difference. The fix for me was to set all of my audio output devices(monitors and other speakers, not only the headset)to 2 channel 24 bit 48khz studioquality. Rebooted my pc and the volume iss back to normal levels in pubg.

You can Try go to "open sound settings" by rclick sound Icon on taskbar > device properties > Additional device properties > Advance tab and uncheck "allow application to take exclusive control of the device" check box this allows the sound resource to be shared, This is more evident for Mic but should be applicable to game sound too.

For maybe a couple of months now, since one of the updates, the textures of buildings and some surfaces appear to have diagonal lines present on them, it usually only occurs (from what I can notice) when scoping on things... when moving my angle of view, the diagonal lines "rotate"...

I've also noticed that these lines must be present when unscoped because i notice artefacts that appear to move... which is VERY distracting in an FPS.

this is the best example i can find right now of the diagonal lines that you can see on the rock surface

the lines vary in width randomly

and as i say, depending on the distance i am from the surface with the lines present, i'm able to "rotate" them by looking left or right

Running the update probably resulted in some kind of file corruption; it sucks but it happens. Hopefully a clean reinstall (uninstall, delete the PUBG folder, then reinstall) should do the trick.

Reputation level dropped after leaving a winning game, no friendly fire, no team kill, i have for 5 days (same happend week ago) level 2 reputation a got win today, returned to lobby and my reputation level decreased to 1, I really dont understand how it works.

why do stat padders get away with stat padding and then get other people temp banned if they interfeir with their stat padding? I came back in a ranked match from being afk and then saw a few next to me so i took them out just thinking regular afk's then found there were more just 40 m away. so already took a few out figured i just take out the rest and move on. well i then got temp banned. obviously by the vmware accounts reporting so i dont inferfeir in their next stat pad attempt
