||@everyone||
As the first 12 days of the Cheater Report Ticket System have passed, we would like to share the current statistics, some thoughts behind it and a little recognition for those of you that succesfully reported cheaters.
How investigations are handled
Before going into the numbers, we would like to share our process with you, to give you a better understanding of how reports are reviewed.
- Every user that is getting reported, gets a manual check from our Anti-Cheat team
- This check includes a review of replays beyond your submitted evidence.
- We always give players the benefit of the doubt
- Players are never banned for being skilled
- Restrictions are only applied when cheating can be confirmed with certainty
- If there is no doubt, we proceed with a permanent ban.
Reported situations can sometimes look suspicious while still being legitimate gameplay. Examples include lucky shots through smoke, strong game sense, sound cues, or positioning.
To rule this out, the Anti-Cheat team does not rely on a single clip reported by you. Instead, they review additional replays and multiple matches of the reported player to check for consistent suspicious behavior.
If no clear pattern is found, no action is taken.
Clear feedback on reports
Every report receives feedback:
- If no restriction is applied, reporters are informed why the evidence was not sufficient.
- This is meant to create transparency and help the community better understand how decisions are made.
Our goal is not volume-based banning, but fair and accurate enforcement, to make you understand better what the thoughts behind such decisions are.
12-day report statistics
Below is the overview of reports handled during the first 7 days:
- Bans issued: 61
- No suspicious behavior found: 95
- Total reports reviewed: 158
Conversion Rate: 38.6%
Why these numbers matter
We want to make sure that you understand that our goal is not ban as many players as possible, but to sort out the players which cheat for sure.
It reflects a system that:
- Protects legitimate players from false bans
- Removes cheaters only when evidence is conclusive
- Applies rules consistently and without assumptions
