#Error 117404 (News and Forecast)

Hey everyone, sorry if i'm out of the loop and this is really obvious but i'm pretty stuck on trying to get the Forecast and News Channels working. I have WiiLink Mail Patcher installed successfully. I have the official RiiConnect24 Patched wads. I have a strong internet connection. IOS31 and IOS80 are installed and working to my knowledge and all the other channels (EVC, CMOC, NC) work perfectly fine. It's just these 2.

I've tried basically everything to get these working, checked if IOS31 and 80 work using SysCheck. Changed my dns multiple times. Changed my region and country a few times, Made sure I have a stable internet connection. Installed different wads from aaaaall over the internet and nothing works.

Again, sorry if this is really obvious to some of yous but i'm really stumped on this. Thanks in advance and sorry for the long yapping session 🙏

Oh yeah I forgot to mention I can't install WiiLinkPatcherGUI on my brothers mac bc it doesn't want to work and I haven't enough space and I can't free up space bc I don't want to delete any of his stuff lol

Hi everyone. I recently bought a second-hand Wii and I homebrewed it and tried wiilink to revive the channels. When set to the UK, the Forecast Channel will work, but when set to my country, which is Mauritius, it'll give out error 117404. I checked in the list of supported countries for Forecast Channel and Mauritius is supported, being 229th in this list. Any reasons why it isn't working.
News Channel works fine
