I’m trying to set up Wiilink in the Dolphin Emulator (I am on Section II, and I have completed step 9), but it can’t connect to the Internet.

Here's information about your error:

Class for error 220xxx: Opera (web browser) error codes.
Error for error 220602: There is an issue with the DNS server your Wii is receiving.
Solution for error 220601: Check WLAN settings and change channel.
