I just keep getting error 238404! I tried deleting save data, deleting channel then reinstalling, clearing then setting up Wi-Fi, nothing works! Tried searching on Google but all results are related to vWii and I'm on a normal Wii. Just help me!

There is no time line. These developers are working on these revival services on their own time.
