internet issue wii u

i keep getting unable to connect to the internet on my wii u is so annoying and my wifi settings are correct (password, wifi name,dns yea u get the idea)

check wifi settings in modem bro, make sure the broadcast mode is set to 802.11 b/g/n

How do i do that?

you need to login to your modem settings panel, first you need to figure out its IP, which is very easy (just open cmd on your computer and type: ipconfig, then look for a text saying: Default Gateway . . . . . . . . . : XXX.XXX.XX.X <- here is your ip, for example: 192.168.25.1 )
After that put the IP address in your browser, and you should be at your modem settings page, now you need to login, you can find the credentials on the back of your modem (there should be a label with a login and password)

I would think it's easier to check and make sure that his connection has a Wii U and Wii logo side by side.
