#Old homebrew, how to update/fix

Years ago (2019) I modded my wii to install ctgp and now I was trying to install roms and whatever else now there is.
Idk if I should follow regular tutorial or use what already is modded on my wii. There is Homebrew 1.1.0 with nothing inside and Usb loader cfg that only seems to reboot the home screen.
There is no usb or sd card already in and was planning to use it to load roms and save files.
What can I do?

By ‘homebrew’ you mean The Homebrew Channel and by ‘usb loader’ you mean USBLoader GX, correct?

#

Do you have BootMii and Priiloader installed?

The homebrew channel, yes. I'm not sure about gx, was looking around for it but couldnt find information on my wii or about the program online.
No, I dont think I have bootmii or priloader

#

Do you have anything in HBL or any custom wads on the System Menu?
