You have to create the "apps" folder, and what exactly are you trying to install? (The HackMii Installer is where you install the Homebrew Channel and BootMii)

No, you have to create it on the root of the SD card
And, have you already installed both the Homebrew Channel and BootMii?

where did you go from after installing the homebrew channel? i didnt need an sd either until the bootmii NAND part but i don't have any folders. i created an apps folder but what do i download and put in their in order to use homebrew launcher? it says i installed bootmii with the homebrew channel but it doesn't come as an option.
