Is doing a update on version 4.3 on a modded wii fine to do

I have a question as I have a few wii games that require a later update then 4.3 but I don’t know whether it is fine to do or not

If you're talking about Wii Menu updates, you could enable "Block Disc Updates" and "Block Online Updates" in Priiloader

Nintendo might've removed any traces of WiiConnect24 (Except for the Mail buttons) on future factory reset Wiis. Nintendo gets to *control (in theory) what the default is.

The EULA was still needed for the Wii Shop Channel so they couldn't have removed it
