The only step we can really tell you about here is to download WUP Installer GX 2 and go from there. Although one tip, PLEASE make sure you have enough storage before you install something on the Wii U. The Wii is a lot nicer about full storage than the Wii U.

I think I had to create an install folder at least but I’m out of town for the moment so I can’t check

You just have to create an install folder and put your stuff in there.
