First of all, NEVER try to download another Wii Menu unless you actually know what you're doing, it's one of the easiest ways to brick a Wii

So, since it's a Wii Family Edition I'm assuming you don't have BootMii in boot2, so do you have Priiloader installed? If you don't have it, it will be impossible to recover the Wii from the brick

Have you tried accessing Priiloader by holding RESET on the console while it is booting up, right?

If Priiloader doesn't start it is absolutely not a good sign

What do you see on the screen when you turn on the Wii? Does it send a signal or does it not do that either?

I tried to launch priiloader but it makes no signal and I tried bluebomb but it doesn’t work no more

Yeah, I think it's an IOS brick. If you had BootMii in boot2 you could recover the Wii with that, but unfortunately yours is a Wii Family Edition, so there's nothing to do.
Priiloader doesn't work because it works with an IOS (I don't remember exactly which one), same thing with BootMii/IOS (IOS254), but with an IOS brick, well, there's a reason if it's called like that.
I'm sorry but without BootMii/boot2 an hardware modification is required

If you used yet another wad manager modmii edition, i believe it gives you the option to keep priiloader

Blue bomb is only for banner bricks, a system menu brick cannot be fixed with bluebomb

If you want to try to recover the Wii you have to install Infectus into the Wii hardware, I recommend that you do this only if you know a little bit about the hardware

It's not a software (the Wii is completely broken) but it's a modchip for the Wii that can dump or restore the NAND

I recommend you only do this if you know how to modchip (modify console hardware) or if you're really determined to get the Wii back (it can't get much worse than that anyway)

I recommend that you don't do something like this anymore, as IOS bricks are very likely to happen this way.
