Riitag rpc

I've set up riitag for my vwii usb loader gx and I would like to set it as my discord status. I use an arch based Linux distro and there is not a version of riitag rpc which supports it. I've tried running the windows version through wine but that didn't work. Is there anything I could perhaps do to make riitag rpc to work?

Have you tried the Ubuntu version? I'm pretty sure it should also work. If not please let me know, I might be able to add an arch build target

You can also always run it from source of course

Unfortunately the Ubuntu version does not work with arch based distros... I also do not know how to run things from source since I am rather new to Linux.

Can you try it and tell me what the error is? I have built pyinstaller binaries on ubuntu before that ran fine on arch, usually the problems start when newer packages on the user's system try to load older configs (like fonts) that are extracted from the binary

don't forget to mark it as executable before running by the way (chmod +x riitag-rpc)

Im probably doing something very wrong here but it doesnt seem to run when I run the command chmod +x riitag-rpc

Ive managed to run it.... How do I make it show up as my discord status? Ive currently got wii sports loaded via usb loader gx which has my riitag connected.

boot up a game, make sure presence is enabled in discord settings and you should be good to go

if it doesn't work make sure it shows up on the riitag website
