Do I need to install the wads, cause I already used D2x cios and ios80 patchers. And installed 4 that it asked for.

you need to install them in order for rc24 to function properly

they aren't system apps or sth, ios'es just install trough wiimodite and are necessary in order for rc24 to work, like cmoc or evc

Gotcha, will anything go wrong though, since I already used the two patchers above.

I just did it a second time and it still says something failed
