Whenever I open the User Agreements tab, it tells me to review the User Agreements and tries to connect me to the internet, which fails. Any solutions?

also if your ISP or networking environment prevents using custom DNS servers, str2hax will not work

which fails with what error code? because i don't think you will be let into user agreements without an internet connection configuration
