#Does the wii speak channel work?

I downloaded a WAD file of wii speaks but everytime i try to click and enter the channel it says this channel cannot be opened and then it takes me back to the menu. is there any reason or is wii speaks not working? let me know thanks

and make sure its the right region
thats the error you get with wrong region wads and no region patch
