I have enabled the setting "Region Free EVERYTHING" on Priiloader, but I can't play the JP version of Super Mario Galaxy, due to a black screen before the launch of the game.

Priiloader setting doesn't affect USB Loader GX. If you want to play out of region games with USB Loader GX you just have to make sure the language and video mode settings are adjusted correctly

You might need to try a several combinations lol.

My first guess would be to set Language to Japanese

And then try default video mode

If that doesn't work, go thru all the video modes until you find one that does work.
