I'm stuck... pls help

I got my old wii off the shelf and I'm trying to mod it using wii.guide.

Managed to do everything follwoing the guide and I think I'm now on the last few steps but got stuck.

Installed all the wad (files?) but 2 off them which are giving me an error
It's the "internet Channel" and "today and tomorrrow channel"

It's saying:
Erros: (-4100) Wrong ticket-, Cert size or Invalid Ticket-, Cert data
Try with AHBPROT mode or an IOS with the correct permission.

A quick google search and I found out that I should try IOS 249 and 250. And I did but I get the same error.

Please help
