There's a known issue with loading Kirby Return to Dreamland from SD. It has an extra anti piracy protection called Metafortress that causes crashes. This used to happen when loading from USB but both USB Loader GX and WiiFlow have implemented fixes for it. Still no fix for loading from SD tho
