im trying to add a windows pc to the network share option, do i just create a new user on my smb share and give it access to the files, im just unsure how its not working and i havent found any documents talking about this

I figured it out, share name needs to be share name and windows smb1 needs to be enabled in windows features with the remove feature disabled
