Hi, I would certainly use some help, got a Problem where I formatted my USB using uLoader and it no longer loads my WBFS backups
other loaders like USB loader GX notice the USB Stick as a 2040 GB device although it is just a 128 USB stick
I've tried everything I found on Youtube and Forums and just can't get it solved
I already formatted my pendrive like 50 times using normal Windows format, Wii backup manager and other programs and just can't fix that problem
I used FAT32, WBFS and NTFS formats and nothing seems to work
I have no way of buying another USB stick so it would be awesome if someone could help me solve it

#

I already tried using Guiformat and Wii Backup Manager to format the USB stick but it doesn't work

#

When I formatted it using uLoader it was by mistake and now it doesn't work

It's recommended to avoid USB sticks entirely

#

Because they often cause issues on the wii

#

Use a USB hard drive or SD

#

USB hard drive being the best option

# candid oracle There it is

Right click where I highlighted, select Properties, go to the volumes tab and verify that the Partition Style is MBR

#

If it says GPT the drive needs to be converted

candid oracle
#

oh ok

#

I converted it

#

now do I Format it using Guiformat?

crisp sand
#

Yeah

candid oracle
#

holy F

#

you gave me back my life

#

I love you

#

Thank u so much

#

Can you power down the Wii, connect the USB drive to your PC, then search in windows for cmd and press enter.
in the command prompt, type chkdsk x: but replace x with the letter for your drive.
then screenshot the output.

Looking to verify that no issues are found and that you have
32kb (32768 bytes) or 64kb (65536 bytes) in each allocation unit.

If you have a different allocation unit size backup your data and reformat to FAT32 with the correct allocation unit size.

It's in Spanish though

#

Looks fine

candid oracle
#

so what could be wrong?

crisp sand
#

The game files

#

Or your configuration in USB Loader gx

candid oracle
#

nothing

#

still black screen and controller disconnected

#

oh

#

I tried with another game file and it seemed to work

crisp sand
#

ok

#

Is the game that doesn't work the same region as your Wii?

candid oracle
#

Well I got the Region Free EVERYTHING hack enabled in Priiloader

#

I think is just that the HDD was a bit disconnected to the PC when I Transfered the game

#

cause it laste longer than normal Transfering

crisp sand
candid oracle
#

Oh

#

Well

#

So I don't know

crisp sand
#

You would need to adjust video mode and/or language settings in your game loader if it's out of region

candid oracle
#

That's the game file I've been using everytime

#

And it worked before
