I had a similar problem a few days ago. When trying to load USB Loader GX, my USB is simply not being recognized, even though it looks like it is. During loading, the program gets stuck on Reinitializing devices for a bit, before the Waiting for HDD countdown abruptly pops up with -9 seconds remaining, and then the program loads as if there's no USB plugged in. The USB is plugged in to port 0, and was working fine a few days ago.

i have the same problem

my usb is flashing it light which mean its working

That's probably causing your problem.

USB flash drives are incredibly unreliable with the Wii.
