WiiFlow has an official channel installer that should be used. It comes with a hidden channel to provide full Return to Loader support and a basic forwarder.
The channel installer: https://storage.googleapis.com/google-code-archive-downloads/v2/code.google.com/wiiflow/WiiFlow_Channel_Installer_v1.1.zip

After using the Channel Installer, you may want to replace the basic forwarder with a cooler one from the wiki:

If you want to create shortcuts for individual Wii games you can use WiiGSC:
https://wii.guide/wiigsc
This will make Wii games appear on your system menu like a channel.
