I followed a video guide on USBLoaderGX, then when I noticed one game has issues showing up, I followed an actual guide (wii.hacks.guide), and now only one game shows up.
I'm hoping resetting the ISOs and following the guide again can fix it.

To help troubleshoot your issue please run Syscheck and test all IOS on your Wii by following this guide:

When it's done it will generate and display a syscheck.csv file.
If you have an SD, power down the Wii and insert the SD into a PC. Drag and drop the syscheck.csv file from the root of your SD into chat.
If you don't have an SD, you might get an error. Just continue until the report is displayed. You will need to upload the report and link the URL to chat or take photos of the entire report.

Try a fresh install from here:
https://oscwii.org/library/app/usbloader_gx
Just delete root:/apps/usbloader_gx/ and replace it with the one you freshly downloaded.
