#Very long game load time USBLoader

Can you power down the Wii, insert the drive into your PC, then search in windows for cmd and press enter.
in the command prompt, type chkdsk x: but replace x with the letter for your drive.
then screenshot the output.
Looking to verify the following:
Drive is 64gb or less: Formatted to FAT32 with 32kb (32768 bytes) in each allocation unit.
Drive is larger than 64gb: Formatted to FAT32 with 64kb (65536 bytes) in each allocation unit.
If you have a different allocation unit size backup your data and reformat to FAT32 with the correct allocation unit size for your drive.
Yeah only drives larger than 2gb can use 32kb
Not sure what games u can even load on a 1gb USB stick
Anyway your solution is to use a different drive
It's recommended to avoid USB sticks in general.
A USB hard drive is your best option for loading games.
Yeah i think i got a ssd around somewhere
SSD could work tho it offers no performance benefit over a slower and cheaper hard drive
will still work tho right
It might. Some external SSDs, like the newer Samsung ones have a USB controller that doesn't work properly
