Fix registering friend code not working

when I asked my friend to homebrew and install riiconnect24 on his wii we wanted to use the wii message board but then both of our wiis kept saying you are not registered to one another even though we registered both of our wiis pls help me

1 - both wiis need to have riiconnect24
2 - i think u need to use mail patcher
3 - it sometimes takes up to a day after both of you add the other wii, for it to work, idk why
